Best Western Okinawa Onna Beach

Everything feels like it could do with a refresher, especially the bathroom. Breakfast not worth the money. Quantity and quality were not great. There are better beaches on the island.

Location was remote, breakfast had the same every day , no fruit options, one fruit and grapefruit ( me and my husband could not eat because of health issues), I told them about it , they said they will take it into consideration but nothing changed, all 10 days we stayed in Hotel - was no other fruits. Poor communication, most of personnel did not speak English, very slippery tile floors in the room , i almost fell several times a day. It felt like a cheap Motel exterior and overall

Friendly staff. Clean well maintained rooms. Food at the buffet was good too.

We had a beach view and a private beach. They were able to take us the same day and made an extra effort. Breakfast was included

Dinner was a little on the expensive side and the choices were limited. It is best to have your own transportation because other eateries were at least 15-20 minutes drive away. The required reservation for dinner or had to pay extra. I had to pay for parking eventhough we were guest at the hotel, there's no where else for us to park.

Huge room They didn’t say before that they’re 100% against tattoos.

Great private location Was a little far to walk to shops

Some of the personal couldn’t speak English, but it wasn’t a big deal!

We liked the proximity to the beach. Close to bus stop. Good selection of breakfast food. Spacious rooms with balconies. Having a sink and refrigerator in the room was useful. We particularly liked the lush surroundings. The pillows were either very hard or flat soft. The beds were medium confort as I prefer a softer bed.

The breakfast No heated pool. The description on the website is not correct.

Rocky Beach - mandatory to bring water shoes; Breakfast is OK; not very impressed! Rooms face the beach, beautiful views. There is not much around the hotel. You have a car rental to go everywhere. The food is not so good in the hotel.

I could still hear traffic noise. No signs to indicate do not disturb for house keeping. Was trying to sleep in but had to answer the doors for cleaning staff banging on doors.

The Breakfast was sensational.

The staff were incredible. Kind and attentive, but never bothersome.

Good location and easy to find parking. The only gripe is that the private beach could use more sand, seems like the recent storms have washed a lot of away. But it is still enjoyable.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea and a nice pool overall. It was clear that the hotel was somewhat outdated, with some features and elements showing significant wear and tear.

- The cleaning staff were very hospitable. They clean the rooms and change the towels everyday. - Breakfast had a good selection and they were trying not to be wasteful with food. They would change a couple dishes on different days. - They gave us towels for our baby. A lot of other hotels don't give extra towels for toddlers. - The parking lot is spacious and the room is spacious. - The beach next to the hotel was the highlight of this place. - It's far from everything else. You need transportation to get to the closest restaurant or convenience store. - We stayed for 4 nights. They would make the beds, but they didn't change our sheets.

Great value. Small but sufficient facilities, good meals and direct access to the sea. I wish they had more lunch options. If you want to have lunch at the hotel, the only option is to order a pizza or buy instant noodles at the lobby.
