Room size and view Staff communication and not helpful

Spacious, clean rooms . All the amenities you need, including laundry. Rich breakfast for both Western and Asian tourists. The staff weren’t very fluent in English which made it difficult to communicate. Also we had several coincidences in which they were quite confused- gave us the wrong car at the valet service, ordered us the wrong set menus at the restaurant etc.. The style is a bit outdated.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice being able to use the sister facilities as well. The beach was small and no snorkeling was allowed.

This hotel is a bit old fashioned.

For some reason, two of us had some problem with sleeping due to mattress being uncomfortable for them but would imagine this would be an issue no matter where.

The rooms are superb with balconies overlooking the outdoor pool and sea and multiple places to sit, including a tatami area. Nice private beach with boat tours available from the jetty. Great gym and indoor/ outdoor pool facilities. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice & good buffet lunch available at the sister hotel. The evening options at the restaurant are a little limited for those with dietary requirements eg vegetarian or lactose intolerance. Restaurant staff need to be more vigilant regarding serving the correct food to those with dietary restrictions.

Friendly staff, rooms are a great size, good buffet breakfast and really clean hotel, amazing views of the sea from the room and outdoor pool. Ticked all the right boxed for us. Gym equipment is a bit dated and the gym and indoor pool are quite small. Fine for our trip but would soon get too busy if more than 5 people were using the facilities.

If you have kids make sure you go to breakfast earlier rather than later. When they close at a certain time, that's when they want you out of the restaurant.

The breakfast was good Maybe that the king size bed was thicker

The staff is so amazing! They treat you like royalty and literally run to help you with whatever you need. They even gave a list of local hospitals when I needed it. They have a packing room so you can get packages boxed for shipping. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. You can't beat the sights. The hotel is gorgeous and my room was huge. I love that if you miss breakfast you can use the voucher for lunch at the sister hotel. The location is far from the attractions. Everywhere we wanted to go was an hour or so away. I would recommend staying in the Naha area unless you only plan to spend time at the resort. The breakfast could be better.

Beautiful room, glorious view, comfortable beds, interesting furnishings, all the amenities you could wish for. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools, attentive staff. Good fitness center and stretching area. Valet parking and front office were always fast and accurate, smiling and charming. It says 5 stars and you feel it. Breakfast is a wonderful selection. A better connection, not physically the bus to them is fine and easy, but how to book them and what is available, to the beach activities might improve how much hotel guests are ready to use them. They felt a little distant and an add on not an integral part of the hotel. Maybe also offer a selection of coffee beans :) ?

Wonderful visit, staff friendly and warm Hours of operation, gym 8 and breakfast 7opens to late, on my vacation I would like to get an early start. It felt a little inconvenient
