i liked the friendly staff and the location on the island the pool area seemed worn down- not like the professional pictures on their site, would have liked a night stand table in our bedroom to put water and phone on at night

You are within walking distance to beach access and a few good restaurants. Being somewhat centrally located it's about an hour drive to American village and about a 30 minute drive to Nago. Excellent places to stay. I believe they have done my dishes a few times, I had before I went to work. Because when I got home I was planning on doing them. I also believe they are just super great people and value their guest and hospitality. The pool is closed for winter. But I understand.

Nothing; the pictures do not reflect the current state of the property Everything; the room was filthy, gunk on the wall, hair on the bathroom floor, property was run down. We left within an hour of arriving.

we had our own trailer. had lots of room and Was great having a personal washer and dryer, especially since we had 2 pets. Had a personal kitchen area too so it saves money rather than going out all the time for food. was very clean, and they did a cleaning a week in so no need to worry about it being dirty during your stay as long as you don’t build up an excess of trash. If you are flying in or flying out, it is quite a distance from the airport but they do have a shuttle service. So do your research of what you are willing to do. Nothing to note in this section

The view and the pool was very pretty but it doesn’t open until April 1st. I felt like I was catfished. Everything looked gorgeous online, but it was old and run down once I arrived. Jacuzzi was not in service. Room Smelled of mold. Beds terribly uncomfortable. Night staff unfriendly. Walls super thin. Our upstairs neighbors kept us up past midnight.

The idea/concept is nice but it’s just very old. The jacuzzi was not open, looked like there were barely other guests. When you arrive the employee already tells you that there is no roomcleaning during the stay (we stayed 6 nights) and if we wanted new towels we needed to go to reception and change them… The kitchen in our room has supplies but if you want plates or cutlery you have to go to reception to pick it up? ? all very weird for me..

Check in was very smooth (around 1900). Must provide pet vaccination records which is a good measure in protecting everyone. Amenities in the cabins were top-notch, zero mechanical issues, appliances and shower appear new (<2yrs old). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself (thought the refrigerator/freezer is of small size: Cabin 5 has 2 double beds and 3 single loft beds plus a couch. The refrigerator is not large enough for any more than maybe 1 day of provisions for a group that size. However, still very nice to have! This is not an issue with the hotel, but an occasional facet of online booking: I made a reservation through booking.com for 2 nights with a pet room, but the hotel was not aware that I had a pet and only had a pet room available for the first night, so I had to cancel the second night. If you are traveling with a pet, please note it in the additional comments for your reservation.

The room connected to the pool, which was a nice touch. Near to eating places and convenience stores. The property is a little old.

It was a perfect place for kids. They could just dive into the pool directly from the balcony. As written in the hotel website the facility is not a new and great but the atmosphere was great. They have two washing machines and two dryers each but one of dryers was out of order. A few families waited to use one dryer in the evening and it took a long time to be able to use it. I hope the hotel will fix it soon .

Actually the score is just for the pool,because my children like it and having a really good time at there. Reason for deduction： 1. damp musty smell 2. cockroaches are infested and need to be treated with insecticide 3. the footsteps upstairs are really noisy,can’t sleep well 2 nights.

my dog not allowed to stay cuz the room is not for the pet. we tried to change the rm to cottage but its not available. they can't do anything so we decide to bring my dog back home！
