Excellent customer service, great amenities, awesome ocean views, and delicious daily breakfast! The only downside was that the bed was super firm that our back was aching every morning. I wish there’s bed topper that makes the bed more comfortable.

The property was exceptional! We stayed for three nights and four days as part of our honeymoon, and every moment spent at the ryokan was wonderful. The staff are incredibly warm and polite, from the moment we were greeted at check-in to being served meals during breakfast and dinner service. They gave us a thorough walk-through of our room, explained what we had at each meal, and provided thoughtful details that made our stay all the more special. The food is fantastic and I strongly suggest getting a meal here as part of your stay! We were in awe each time we were presented with beautifully assembled courses for our kaiseki meals. Everything tasted delicious. Our room was also very spacious and incredibly peaceful with an ocean view. It was amazing that we were provided with room wear and lounge wear for outside the room (onsen, dining area). We loved being able to access the onsen on-site too. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We would happily return again.

The staff struck the perfect balance—incredibly warm and accommodating when we needed them, especially during my parents' celebration, yet immediately respectful when I requested quiet time and gave me the space I needed to recharge. Dinner exceeded all expectations. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious catering to our taste —genuinely an art piece on the plate.The views and tranquil atmosphere are unmatched. Highly recommend for anyone seeking both luxury and genuine peace.

The staff Beds were a bit hard.

People may stay more just at the hotel? It was hard to tell if we were the only ones who were leaving to do ‘day trips’ around the island. We got back to the hotel on our last night around 10:30 pm and wasn’t sure if that was frowned upon or not. Personally found the beds to be uncomfortable for what we typically are used to.

Room was superb - very spacious and comfortable. Facilities are maintained well. Staff - high quality service Food - breakfast and dinner were also very high quality, every dish were so delicious. Portion is generous. Would have been good if public bath is open for longer in late morning and early afternoon, and smaller size onsen clothings is available for younger kids.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Maybe a small room to relax nearby the onsen would be perfect.

Access to the facility was difficult. Missed the turn and no chance to turn back for quite a distance. Better signage at the driveway would be ideal.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We traveled with our 5 year old and 4 month old and we were well taken care of the whole time. We werent allowed to bring our baby stroller into the room, however, this shows the commitment the hotel has to keep the place so amazingly clean and new.

The bedroom, onsen, and dining area all have a great view. Breakfast and dinner were amazing!

The room has very nice view, beautiful decor and space! Staff are all helpful. The resort is small set up. So it was quiet and felt very exclusive. Breakfast was exceptional too. Location was little difficult to find.

The staffs were exceptionally friendly. The facility was spotlessly clean. The food was superbly delicious. I would come back again and again. Thank you for making my stay a heavenly experience. Nothing that I can think of.

spacious room, clean bed, friendly staff and cute semi open bath in room. Breakfast was great! The window is not soundproof and so there was loud chirping and frog calls at midnight in spring. We stay in mid April and would recommend bring a pair of earbuds if you go at same time.
