The hotel was good, food and staff were great. The pool view was nice and there was a beach right across the hotel The property was very far from the airport and center of the city

Need better signage to tell everyone the hotel is behind the other hotel and down from the golf course…confusing to find the 1st time then easy afterwards.

You will need a car in order to enjoy this hotel and its location. Most of the tourists will drive in Onna so that is not an issue. Car park is free and there were plenty in late May. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town where you can find many F&B restaurants and convenient shops, parking was mostly free too. The big room with ocean view was amazing. We stayed in Aquasense for 3 nights and it was easy to drive to the American Village and the Aquarium. nothing

A truly luxurious resort, kindo of pricey but worth the price overall. Stuck indoors due to the rain unfortunately but if I had to get stuck in a hotel, then I was truly glad it was here. Would recommend!! And already planning to come back when not rainy season.

I loved the privacy of having a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was big as well so it was very comfortable. The price per night could drop a little making it more enticing for future guests.

No early check in available even for a fee. Everywhere else we stayed in Japan (5 other hotels) offered it for a fee. This is especially annoying because it's more secluded than other hotels. I got a feeling they didn't really like foreigners. It wasn't anything concrete, just wasn't as welcoming as other hotels. No fitness facility, and restaurant options were extremely limited along with no room service. Amenities could definitely use an upgrade. Bathtub water didn't get hot, and was cold in the shower on occasion. We did adjust the temperature on the wall to the maximum 45° C and it was still cold.

The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the bed was large but it was 2 twin bed pushed together but comfortable none the less, the jacuzzi was amazing The buffet breakfast hostess treat foreigners with prejudice

Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Very relaxing. Food was delicious! I love asian style dinner but I prefer western style breakfast.

Friendly staff, modern resort. Clean. Good ambience, spacious rooms, of 9 hotels we stayed in the beds and pillows at Aquasense were the best, very comfortable. Two air con units, lovely ocean view. Good laundry with dryers that actually dried your clothes effectively! Great burgers in the deli cafe at sister hotel next door, Kafuu resort. Family mart a few minutes walk away. Complimentary drinks afternoon to evening. Aircon unit leaked water all over desk. Was a sewerage smell from the toilet which did dissipate. While pools were lovely, more suited to sitting in not diving under the water as are only shallow. Free drinks great but why not allow the free coffee in the morning? Supplies in the shop are limited and note there aren’t many close activities or restaurants so consider this when booking.

It’s an amazing resort only thing is no western breakfast but other than that I’d definitely recommend it to my friends & family
