Staff were friendly and quick to assist We should have stayed longer and weather and a tsunami warning killed plans. We instead had a fun day in the hotel swimming pool.

Loved the big rooms! And it was so clean. The food served in the dining room was delicious. Their in room dining ended at 9pm. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The staff didn’t speak enough English to advise us how to get some food. Not a bad point, just a comment about how j think my trip would have been better — it would have been nice if there is a beach near by that we could walk to. For the location that the hotel is in, you really need to rent a car, which is reflected in the price.

I booked this hotel through "booking.com" and reserved 1 suite room for 4 of us as a family. When you use booking.com, they often show the price per room, but not per person, and the system shows that the room can accommodate 4. Be aware that this hotel charges by person, and we were forced to pay the price for two more people, which doubled the price for the same1 room. It really does not make sense to pay an additional amount (which was ADDITIONAL $1500 for 3 nights) just to use the couch in the same room. They also recommend that we use booking.com because it is cheaper. It does not make sense at all. There was no solution after I had talked to two people there. The manager did not want to talk to us. In summary, if you are not careful to choose #people on the system, the price could be doubled. Not flexible at all. This is too bad because the hotel itself is very nice and cozy. They also admitted that this is a common problem... Hmmm.

The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. They were helpful without being intrusive and made the stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean. The location in Onna is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a resort-style stay. A car is recommended for convenience.

good hotel facilities, good breakfast, great restaurant for dinners, great view from ocean view rooms no closeby beach (ocean resort?), no easy transportation nearby, still they charge for parking, little flexibility for unplanned requests

We had to cancel the second night under agreement with the owner & I believe we have only been refunded for 1 room when we had paid for 2 I would like a refund for both rooms

Great rooms, good swimming pool, friendly and competent staff, cultural events in the hotel Main restaurant wasn’t great. Breakfast was limited and lunch was a recast of breakfast. Needs to be a lot better. The hotel is somewhat isolated from the town.

The size of the room, so clean, spacious bathroom, and the view. The breakfast was lovely and relaxing. Staff did not adequately speak English which made the entire stay a challenge. Many tried, which was appreciated. Essentially, there is only one dining choice. The meal choices don’t change within a weeks’ time and the in room dining is equally limiting. We stayed for a week and often had to drive off site to dine while many neighboring hotels have multiple choices. The website suggested renting bikes. We rented them but the tires were flat and staff had no bike path map to direct guests.

The rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for us to relax, whether sleeping, sitting on the couch, or enjoying the view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to not have to eat the same thing every day during out 5 day stay. The evening music around the pool just outside the lobby was a nice addition to the already beautiful sunset view. The busy road just in front of the hotel is the only thing keeping this from being a perfect 10! The road could get quite noisy and was hard to filter out when trying to sit on the balcony and enjoy the early morning or late evening views of teh ocean.
