Beach was great and staff was nice and kind. Tropical and cute place. ?? First of all, I found the breakfast selection quite limited. There were some unexpected options, such as pasta, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of breakfast items like different cheeses, Nutella, more types of jam, better-quality butter, or cream cheese. A few more choices would have made breakfast much more enjoyable. The second point I’d like to mention is about my first night at the hotel. Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to ours had their TV on at a very high volume throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. I called the reception at around 3:00 a.m. to ask for assistance, but nothing was done. When I called again around 4:00 a.m., I was told that the staff member couldn’t hear the noise from the hallway, so they didn’t contact the guest. I understand that the sound may not have been noticeable from outside the room, but the walls seem to carry noise very easily, and we could hear everything very clearly from inside our room. We were exhausted, stressed, and disappointed after spending the entire night unable to sleep. I do appreciate that the hotel upgraded our room the following day, and I’m thankful for that gesture. However, I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively by simply calling or knocking on the neighboring guest’s door when we first reported the problem.

Location, staff, cleanliness, food and shuttle availability. To have to pay for beach chairs!! Lack of pool and beach chairs - we swam and then had to return to our room as there was nowhere to sit with any shade. For the size of the resort there is a complete lack of outdoor seating. Horrendous to see an area of seating for ‘Residential Club Members Only’ which was completely empty.

The view the staff everything That the beach and pool closed at 5 or 6 pm:(

Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Private beach was awesome. Cleaning staff were outstanding. Efficient and always had a smile for you. Really good location with some excellent restaurants nearby. There was a gym but no treadmill. Breakfast could have been more exciting. The check in staff did not exude a great deal of friendliness.
-
Really nice facility. Great pool and ocean beach. Fun activities. The whole resort is a little dated. But, it's clean and functional and 100% as described.
-
I also appreciated the fact that restaurants & convenience stores are available in the village within walking distance.
-
It is right in the beach ! Lots of restaurants and grocery near by! I did not like that we did not have access to use a microwave ( hotel staff would take your food and warm it up). Also did not like that as a paying guest of the hotel charged 3000yen per day for umbrella chairs on the beach!

Beautiful property with incredible amenities and lovely lounge bar with live music!
-
The property was very nice a bit old but overall well organized The little private club with drinks and snacks - the restaurant The timetable for the activities everything stops at 5pm the quality is not good tennis court is completely destroyed and they still make you pay a good amount of money for it the gym is included but in bad shape as well

The views were stunning, the pools were large and not crowded, and the staff were lovely. The room itself was also great. I would absolutely recommend visiting Onna, but I wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel due to their tattoo policy and limited facility hours. The booking said nothing about their no tattoo policy. This policy is normal for public baths, but unexpected for the ocean, which made an otherwise relaxing activity—spending time on the beach—somewhat stress inducing. Additionally, you cannot swim in the ocean outside of the hours of 9:00-5:00, and the pools and recreation center close similarly early. It felt more so like a tourist trap than many resorts I have stayed at. Everything—food, water sports, massages, etc.—was offered at a very high premium. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. I had a great time in Okinawa, and the hotel’s views were stunning, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially not for the price point. For those considering, perhaps stay at another resort and visit Moon Beach for the day.

Beautiful bay especially when it's sunny and warm. Spacious and very clean rooms, with big terraces. The food was very delicious but not varied- same for breakfast and dinner every day. The beach sunbeds and umbrellas are paid, and quite expensive, the sunbeds on the pool are extremely insufficient for such a big resort.

We loved the room, found it very specious and the beds were big enough and comfortable. We enjoyed lunch more than breakfast but we tried all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the buffet place and overall everything was good. We made two separate reservations cause we wanted to add one night and the room we initially booked wasn't available anymore, and they were so kind to let us stay in the upgraded option the whole stay. The last night we also received the residential club advantages (breakfast delivery, discounts on activities, reserved places at the pool and beach, skincare set, access to the public bath etc). I didn't know there were all these advantages when booking, if I had known I may have booked the upgraded room from the beginning cause there was not too much difference in terms of pricing (and our room was amazing, with a beautiful view!) Everything was good, the staff was kind and very helpful. I would have liked more info on the residential club advantages when booking.

Location Liked everything, staff is fantastic
-
beach, inside and outside pool, breakfast Opening hours for gym were late in the morning. So no chance to do workout before breakfast.
-
Wonderful hotel with a beautiful beach. Will be back.

The location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional. The buffet is very good and I would recommend snorkelling in front of the hotel. We were originally provided rooms right next to construction in the building that lasted all day and involved painting. I complained and we were moved and upgraded. If we hadn’t been moved, we would have not enjoyed our stay. They should have flagged this in the hotel description. The indoor pool is in need of some repairs.
-
Location beach front and easy access to the main points in Onna. The hotel is a bit old and requires some modernization, although the room I stayed has been recently renovated.
-
The rigid hours in the restaurants. Breakfast ended at 9 on the dot, even on weekends.
-
Heated indoor pool, restaurant dining. No fishing spot anywhere on the beach. Only a port nearby

We had an amazing experience at Moon Beach! We really enjoyed walking around the hotel which has a cool relaxed retro 70s/80s vibe, plus beautiful views of the ocean, and 2 swimming pools. The buffet dinners and morning breakfasts were nice too with decent selections offered. We rented a car and drove up from Naha, which made it very easy to get to other parts of Okinawa. Plenty of on-site parking at a reasonable price too.
