We love everything about moon beach. It is far enough away from the busyness of Naha. Lots of amenities. Waking distance to great restaurants and Lawsons which is a bonus for our family. We have stayed here twice and would recommend. Staff is very friendly and the beach and property are beautiful! 10 stars!!

Beautiful setting. Beach and seating areas. Food expensive in hotel. Some facilities like cafe and bar not open. Loads of school children came all days we stayed. They were well behaved but noisy. Good rules about pool usage. Then all the school kids took off there wetsuits including sand in the indoor pool!!!

Staff and their service was outstanding. Our check in was very smooth. After the paperwork, one staff took us to the room and explained everything. Room was very clean, nice and big. We had a problem with aircon at first night. Next day they changed our room to an upgraded bigger room with sea view. They have a common microwave oven, coffee machine, water point for anybody to use. Staff even helped to heat up the food. About 100m from the hotel, there is Lawson, Family mart & 7 Eleven. Also along the road there are many restaurants for dinner. No coffee in the room. Wi-fi signal was poor.

Room was clean and spacious with a small beach view balcony. There were twin beds and also futons available in the closet. The beach is nice. But the beach water is dirty, with sticky stuff floating. Also even hotel guests have to pay for sun beds which feels like a rip off when the room is already clearly not cheap. The pool is small and crowded with kids. Location isn’t so good if you’re willing to walk out, only a handful of food options around and most of them were fully booked, or need to queue.

Nice beach and building, lush vegetation and convenient stores and restaurants and restaurants nearby Everything is extra - ping-pong, tennis, gym, basketball, beach chairs and tennis and umbrellas… buffet is great while at the evening price wine and beer should be included. Basically you have a nice room and bed, that’s it, if you are lucky you will have one of the few free chairs by the pools or you’ll have to pay for the old one on the beach. Price / Value deal is simply not there for a large family.

We loved the beach being right in front of your doorstep. The room was clean and recently renovated. The staff were more than helpful and even gave us personal recommendations on where to eat. The views are stunning from the hotel. The close proximity to shops and local restaurants was extremely convenient. The residents bar closing at 9pm was too early.

I wish there is a bus to go to American Village, n Naha n aquarium at a cost. Then more people like to stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel located directly on the beach, architecture from the 70s therefore very nice and spacious. The outdoor pools are fantastic. The buffet restaurant is highly recommended, there were always new things to discover. The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to help, even if not everyone can speak English. We were helped a lot with our very early departure. Another important information: the airport in Naha doesn't open until 6 a.m.

Really beautiful location and stylish hotel Many of the facilities were closed in December and it was hard to even find time when bar or restaurants were open. But luckily there are plenty of choices nearby and excellent food everywhere

Staff where so nice and friendly . They did their very best to help us . They could speak English very well There where constructions going on at property area so very noisy from morning until 4 pm
