Некоторые мелочи заставили улыбнуться, поэтому не назову это недостатками :) Процесс чек-ина напомнил мне прохождение таможни. Жаль нельзя было использовать тот же qr code, что и на границе :) У входа, по традиции, снимаешь обувь и берешь тапочки, но при этом можно выкатить велосипед к себе в комнату :) Я ехал из Ононимичи и гест-хауз был далековато от центра. Для меня это было нормально, но учитывайте локацию, если планируете пешком прогуляться к храму. Но для многих это будет плюсом.

It was immaculate! Nothing!

Very well explained to enter and exit, well kempt every bathroom and toilet. Beds very comfy and easy to reach the center with a bike, otherwise is a bit of a walk. Supermarket nearby I wished there were more tables and chairs in the commons. And a stove would be nice but not really necessary.

No staff, just turn up, put your details in, and you're in. Very nice bathrooms and sauna, comfortable beds, vending machines and kitchen available. Did some laundry as well.

Great location for riding the Shimanami Kaido. Used this as a base for riding 3 days around the various islands. Also the room offered more space and a place to store and recharge eBikes. Also a shared area with a kitchen, refrigerator and basic vending machines on sight. Also washers and dryers were available along with a bathtub. The bead/mattress was basically on the floor so no space underneath to story anything and also getting up off the floor is a pain.

This hostel was very spacious, and had an amazing shower. Great value, comfortable sleep in the middle of our ride, and also featuring good proximity to restaurants, stores, and Kousan-ji. The check-in advance procedure was a little onerous. We should've ignored the emails and done it all on the iPad in the vestibule.

High tech. No staff around. No chair or table in room. Only one small desk and a couple of small sofas in the common area. No information about nearby dining. No dining within an easy walk. Bath water was not at all hot!

Self check-in was easy and convenient. Dorms very clean, quiet and private. Great location - right along the Shimanami Kaido and close to large grocery stores, convenience store, restaurants and things to see in Setoda. Ample bicycle parking and bikes are allowed in the room if you need somewhere more secure to store your bike! Kitchenette is well stocked with dishes and a microwave, and there are vending machines with hygiene products and food plus a change machine. Kitchenette, shower, and bathrooms were very clean when I arrived. Fully booked the night I stayed but still very quiet! Lots of guests so the kitchen and bathroom garbage bins filled up quickly, and I couldn’t find extra garbage bags.

good location along the shimanami kaido, clean rooms. good value we were excited to use the sauna, but when we got there, there was a sign on the door saying that the sauna must be booked using advance reservations. we never received any information in our booking emails about how to make this advance reservation, so we were disappointed. i’m not sure how we would have done that. the hot water also wasn’t working for the bath, so we had to fill the bath up using the shower head, which worked, but took a long time.

Very clean and well marked, easy to access from the Shimanami Kaido It was completely empty when I arrived, and I never saw a single other person.

Great little spot. The kitchen was a decent place to socialize with the fellow guests. For the price this place is great! The sleeping accommodations are basic. Think of a hostel, but the bathrooms were fantastic and there's a grocery store a short walk away. It has everything you need.
