The place is a little aged but well maintained. Great night sleep and spacious amenities.

The breakfast was good and pool and grass area was great. Love the 12 checkout rather than the normal 11:00.

I would not stay at this property again. I booked it for two reasons: 1) it was an airport hotel that cost $100 with tax. 2) it had an airport shuttle 24/7. I normally stay at Hilton properties. They didn't have 24/7 shuttles and the cost would've been estimated at close to 200. When I arrived, It was clear this hotel...was something i would never have booked and will never book again. The $200 for other properties...was the better choice. The reception area had lucite plastic separating you from the receptionists. The rooms were dinghy and felt more like something truck drivers would stay in. The decor was stuck in the past. The towels and sheets were very low end. The hallways were outside. But, the shuttle driver was my complete highlight. I learned his entire family worked on property and he was just so prideful to be working there. To be honest...it was the ONLY time I really felt I wanted to go back. Not to stay...but, to meet the rest of his family.

Older looking but clean, I was disappointed they charge for cribs. I’ve never paid for cribs ever anywhere else.

The breakfast totally exceeded my expectations! Hash browns, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, oatmeal, muffins, waffles, watermelon, cantaloupe, three different juices, and a milk machine….and of course, coffee. They could offer guests who stay multiple nights a little break on the rate, and they should honor whatever rate the customer initially pays through booking, or whoever, if the customer extends their stay.

So, how can I think I have to request it??? This hotel is rated 9, honestly I don’t know how, it’s a very old hotel, btw the conditioner dispenser didn’t work either I had to take out in order to use it, very disappointed.

Wonderfully landscaped hotel surrounding the pool. Great amenities, including a great hot breakfast buffet.

The facility is absolutely beautiful, one of the best outdoor pools I have ever used. Free breakfast was very good. Coffee always on, and cookies were available in the lobby at check in! The staff were all wonderful. It's right off of I-10 so a great launching point for visiting Southern California.
