- No amenities in the room (no waterboiler, no hairdryer, nothing) - Everything is an extra - The establishment was filled with children - The cleaning staff didn't greet us back when we said "hello" in the hallways - No flexible buffet hours

The location was perfect for our cycling trip through France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a modern, secure building where we could store our bikes overnight. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and were very happy with the range of dishes to choose from and the quality of our meals.

Room was huge, lots of space for a family of four and storage space (lots of room to store a pram). It was very clean and the bathroom facilities were great. It was very light. I cannot fault the room at all. Nothing. Only that we were charged twice and haven't heard back from the hotel yet (I have found it difficult to find an email). However, this is I presume and just a problem we have encountered as a one-off, everything we experienced otherwise was great.

The property was clean, close to the beach, easily accessible by car Beds were uncomfortable, the wifi was not working in our room, there was a lot of noise even during the quiet hours, so much so that we were woken up during the night

Beautiful setting and so close to the beach. Great park for the kids on site. The family suite was clean and spacious. There was no kettle or oven in the kitchen and no sachets of tea no and coffee like you would normally get in a. Hotel. A little pricey.

Large rooms, clean, comfortable bed, quiet location. One bathroom was split in 2, like in France - one room for toilet( without a sink), other room for sink and shower. That was uncomfortable. Also, we could have some vegetables at the breakfast, as it's summer...

The location was great and the outdoor terrace lovely in the sun It is fairly basic in terms of food or at least the cafeteria is. We didn't try the à la carte restaurant so maybe this would have been a better choice.
