Clean spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Outdoor seating. Just 1 minute from the interstate. 2 restaurants in walking distance. Found good food and friendly service at the pizzeria. Gated parking. Nothing

It was a great experience. Quiet place with confy beds. Great overall

The hotel is very nice. It has a nice outdoor area and a nice gym. Beds were very comfortable. In all of our time in Italy this was the one time we did not have a positive experience with staff. The gentleman at the front desk was quite rude, speaking Italian to his friend about us, not acknowledging our presence, just a general attitude of contempt. Luckily this was the exception in an otherwise wonderful experience.

Take a note-parking of the hotel is not free,you have to pay for it! Though,it is secure.There are restaurants and cafes nearby! It is quite far from the center! We knew about it,since we rented car.But if you don't, you have quite a trip to the city center!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing. Loved the choice in lighting being bright or more low. Nice seating area outside with all the lights. The Italian restaurant that was recommended across the street was VERY good. Didn't have breakfast but it smelled good! The man that checked us in was rude. Maybe because we are Americans. I don't know. The staff later in the evening was pleasant. The placement of the clear shower wall when you are walking into the bathroom (at night and can't see it) is poor placement. I didn't get hurt but someone is going to. When I booked the hotel through booking.com it was misleading saying you were 3 miles from the train station. Maybe there is a small train station close-by but not the main Milan station and it cost us 55 Euros just to get to the hotel and another 130 Euros to get to MXP.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and the rooms modern and comfortable.

Good overall rooms. Modern. Clean. Spacious. - everything has a strong perfume smell - bathroom lacks a curtain, so the water gets everywhere after a shower - sound travels through the walls pretty well

Spacious and parking The 2 rude female check-in clerks that were not patient and I heard them make fun of me in Italian as I walked away (I understand some Italian) because I was in a rush to make a tour I had scheduled in Milan and needed to park my car and call a taxi

I advice to reserve the parking to make sure you will have a parking spot for you.

The reception staffs helped us a lot.Most especially Oliver and Alejandro and the other guy I just forgot to ask his name are so nice and accommodating.Help us in our online payments for Milano center registration.The linens are clean and changed everyday. The air conditioning is not functioning well.

We stayed in this hotel already a few times and generally everything was good. However, this time the bed frame of the sofa bed was visibly bent, such that the mattress remained bent and tilted to one side. Since we arrived around 11:00 p.m. and the hotel was fully booked, the manager, though very kind, could only help me move the mattress to the floor, where my son spent the night. At check-out, I learned that the incident had been written into the report, but the visibly embarrassed morning staff did not know what to say and I received a timid apology only after I explained the problem again. Such a visibly defective bed should not have been used. In addition, the shower tray drain was clogged.
