Great beach view. Very clean room!

Great stay, will stay again

The AC didn't keep the room cool. There were stains on the carpet. We were suppose d to have an ocean front room, we got street view and they wouldn't work with us because we used a third party (Expedia) make reservations. We also had to pay for our parking, $15 that we didn't know about.

Our room was very clean and well laid out to accommodate our luggage and shopping bags. We ran out of towels before Housekeeping was scheduled to come by but the front desk gladly gave us more in the meantime. I also saw hotel staff engaging with guests and that was nice to see how involved they were in everyone’s stay.

The location of the hotel and the view from our room was great. The room was clean, but the carpet was really worn in the room’s entry. It could definitely stand to be replaced. There were some minor rust stains in the bathtub drain. Two lamps did not work. I called the front desk about this our first night of four. They were not fixed. A light bulb replacement probably would have sufficed. Overall, it wasn’t a huge deal but more light later in the evening would have been nice. The breakfast was your typical “free breakfast.” The coffee sucked, but Starbucks is across the street. They only had decaf and a light roast. The front desk staff were friendly. There was a baseball team staying (maybe 10 or 11 year olds?) and they were super annoying. They more or less took over the pool on at least three occasions. I know the staff can’t help the behavior of inconsiderate people, but I believe a staff member addressed them at the pool one day which I’m sure the others visiting the pool appreciated. Overall, the stay was good. But for what I paid and relative to other experiences in and out of the area, I’d expect slightly better.

Room was messy and sticky. Air didn’t work well. Housekeeping didn’t clean well

Our toilet was broken in our suite- they gave us a 4 person room to sleep the 1st night and we had 5 people so 3 of us slept in the suite without a toilet and used the bathroom in the 4 person room- they said the manager would be in by 7 in the am- at 7 no manager was there and on checkout they said the manager would call me Monday and give me a discount. They never called.

Overall our stay was excellent, great property, staff was very helpful. Only complaint was quite minor, toilet seat was loose, screws needed tightening.

Right on the beach, great breakfast, super nice staff

Hotel was nice and pretty clean. Only 2 complaints we had was the breakfast was pretty generic and they surprised us with a $15 a night parking fee. Where else you going to park? I felt like that was a rip off especially since you're paying a high price to stay there. We'll probably stay somewhere a little cheaper the next time.

We had to pay another company $80. per day for two beach chairs and an umbrella. We will not go to Orange Beach again, Destin or anywhere in Florida will be the destination and we’ll save money and bring our own amenities. I give this property and area a two out of ten at best,

Pools location Slow elevator

Everything was great as always, we are never disappointed staying here. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location to restaurants, local attractions, etc, easy parking!

The hotel was in a nice location. The room we stayed in was very roomy. The only issue with the hotel is they really need another set of elevators. Each time we needed to use it, we had to wait a long time (10-15 minutes one time) and at least 5 - 8 minutes other times, and once we got on we would travel in a random order of picking up other guests before we would arrive at our selected floor. Aside from the elevator situation, the hotel is clean, roomy, very friendly staff and the hot breakfast buffet is filling. There is a free mini coffee bar available for guests 24/7. The hotel is on the beach and offers chair/umbrella rental daily. The pool area is medium sized with a separate hot tub with lots of lounging chairs. There is a drink bar by the pool that offers adult and kid beverages for purchase at reasonable prices. The parking is good. There are 3 levels of parking with 2 levels offering covered parking. They do charge a daily parking fee added to your bill. So, be aware of that. It is not a hidden fee at all. We knew at the time of booking. This will be our first choice hotel for future vacations to Orange Beach!
