Beautiful property, nice pool, great breakfast

The stay at this hotel was really nice. We had a balcony room that faced the ocean and the view was beautiful. Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they always had plenty of food. The beach was right there so there wasn't much of a walk to it. The pool area was nice. There was a bar outside on the back deck but you never knew when it would be open. There were no hours posted and it closed pretty early. I think i went down at 7pm on a Friday or Saturday night and it was already closed up. I only caught it open one time at about 3pm.

Meantime 4 more parties came in saying we know we are early....but they were checked in immediately. ALL 4 PARTIES. We were never called so at 4:15 we asked the desk to do something. Yada Yada you have a beach view room....sorry for the 1 hour plus wait. Guess what the 4 parties referred to were our neighbors!!!!!!!!!!! Very very bad service . Never again.

The location was absolutely perfect right on the beach. The staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay !!! We had to leave.....

It was an ok stay. We came after 10 pm and the night guy checked us into the wrong kind of room. Breakfast was ok. Beds were nice. Good for a one night stay

Clean hotel and room. The beds are comfortable, loved the balcony with beach view, staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was quick and easy. Breakfast was good; my only dislike was the sausage patties. They had a strange taste; bacon or a different patty would have been better. The stay was enjoyable overall and I will definitely be returning.

It was conveniently located and the pool was decent. The room we booked was supposed to be an ocean view balcony, our room wasnt ready at 4 so we waited an hour and it still wasnt ready at 5 so we had to settle for a lesser room just to be able to start relaxing. The desk agent comped us parking and other things to try and make up for the room situation but for the price it was pretty disappointing.

Property is in an excellent area , easy access to beach , restaurants, coffee shops , grocery store, and more. Staff were very friendly, attentive to your needs and caring. Hotel was very clean. The hotel needs maintenance on hvac units in many rooms, other guest had no a/c . OurA/c was not working well either. The pillows and mattresses need replacing. Fencing needs replaced in pool area.

The location is great! The beach is only about a 1–2 minute walk, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine, although the fruit selection was limited. Some outlets in our room were loose or didn’t work, and the USB ports didn’t work either, but it didn’t ruin our stay. My biggest issue was housekeeping on checkout morning. Around 9:20 AM, two housekeeping staff knocked and within seconds opened our door before we had time to answer. They apologized when they saw us, but then the man asked what time we were leaving. Checkout is at 11 AM, and I paid for the room through checkout time. Being asked when I was leaving at 9:20 made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Guests should be able to enjoy the room they paid for until checkout without feeling pressured to leave early. We checked out around 9:50 AM and told Liz at the front desk what happened. She was also very nice and professional. Shacha and Liz provided excellent customer service. I just hope the housekeeping issue is addressed.

The room was clean, the staff was so nice and kept in contact with us through text which I prefer. The breakfast was good and the beach view was the best.
