The tiki bar was closed on a Sunday- someone called out? It was a bummer / that was one of the reasons we booked that hotel.

Elizabeth, Whitney, and Mimi were very helpful, as were the rest of the staff. The Kitchen Staff works hard to create a clean and pleasant breakfast experience - nice array of the hot breakfast choices daily. Rooms are a little old but pleasant. Super beach location, sparkling pool. A quieter, smaller venue near the end of town before Gulf Shores. The Staff aims to please.

Overall the hotel was fine, but we didn't get housekeeping in our room 2 of the 3 days we were there. They did drop off fresh towels each day, but room was not vacuumed or trash cans emptied.

The desk agents were chill, the room was a good value. They charged my card 2x so 250$ of my vacation budget was sucked up on hold and I still havent gotten it back, causing me to have to cancel parts of my vacation.

Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and anyone else I encountered was friendly and helpful and made the vacation even more enjoyable

Breakfast was great! The staff kept everything clean and stocked up for everyone during breakfast. They engaged everyone with friendly conversation about the morning. All throughout the day staff were making sure everyone was taken care of in the hotel and at the pool area. Each room needs a little broom or vacuum so the guest can clean up any unwanted sand or mess. Even though we cleaned off at the showers by the pool coming from the beach we still tracked in some sand and I would’ve liked to be able to sweep it up.
