I fell in the lobby. The floors were sticky. I was swollen and bruised and in pain. People at the front desk were no help whatsoever.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. However we did not receive wash clothes when used ones were taken. And there was an outlet where the coffee pot plugs in that didn’t work. But overall the room was quite comfortable and quiet The Lattitude restaurant was disorganized and lacked communication. No coffee refills were offered and staff seemed confused about how and what each person was supposed to do. Breakfast meals were tasty but mediocre warm. Bacon cold and French toast lukewarm. There could also be more menu choices in addition to fish and seafood

This place is beautiful and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend and every visit for me in Orange Beach will be spent here.

Sad, because the hotel was nice, beach was clean and well attended, and staff were good (except for the rude lady in the hotel lobby coffee shop). Seemed to have a lot of families there. We enjoyed our vacation, just wish the room (and some other areas of the hotel) had been more comfortable.

Perfect place to relax. We absolutely loved staying here. It was an awesome environment, the staff were friendly, the amenities were great, the live music by the pool was super nice. The rooms were clean and smelled good, balcony was awesome. We had a great view from our “partial ocean view” room. The beach and complimentary chairs were fantastic. We spent hours between swimming in the ocean and swimming in the pool and just laying in the chairs. Couldn’t have been happier with my choice in hotel. I did a lot of research before choosing this one, and did not regret it for a second! No complaints!

It was nice to stay right by the beach. Walking just from resort to beach and indoor and outdoor bar all the activities they had for family was excellent N/A

I really enjoy the entertainment in the lobby lounge. Lisa Zanghi is awesome!!!

Really nothing else to do other than hang by the pool or beach side. Not a fan of Country music playing all day by the pool or Lobby area. It would be nice if their were alternative live music artist however 4 days was a little too much of Country I guess they cater to certain ears!!!
