They r very helpful and polite...Rooms are clean and I visit there a lot when in town. Rooms are amazing .Feels like u u live apartment.Some have full kitchens and walking distance to stores and Martys if u like to drink There is nothing I don't like or I wouldn't go back.

Wouldn’t recommend at all, bad vibes all around. Cheap option but not worth the risk. Dirty rooms, and weird people around the property

Very confused by that. Rooms were big, had kitchen, stove, fridge & full closet.

Even a five star hotel does not say 10:30 check out. Misleading information pressurizing me to check out by 10:30

Although the staff appeared friendly enough, this hotel was perhaps the worst location I stayed at in the last 20 years of traveling the United States. From the obnoxiously loud permanent residence above me to the halfhearted repairs of the bathroom to the complete inconvenience as the room itself I will definitely never return to this location. I’d rather sleep in a campground. In fact, I slept with my clothes on and did not run the AC for fear of disease/pests. These folks need to do some serious thinking about what they actually offer.

Exceptional

Well just for one thing. I tried using the ice machine and it costs 25 cents so I pay and nothing comes out. I walk to the counter for him to say nothing but he went to go unplug and plug it back in. Once he realized it wasn’t going to work he didn’t want to give me my money he gave me an ice cube tray from inside the laundry room with the dirtiest ice I’ve seen honestly. I didn’t take it he just laughed it off like it was an every day thing

The room was so so we had to switch rooms because the AC didn’t work, but the staff was good and helped us with everything

Original room was not cleaned. 2nd room had cosmetic work/damages and mold on the ceiling in the shower. Will never stay there again.

After a 4 hour drive there were 2 homeless people sleeping on the premises then Shady people which looked like they like they were wobbly and looked like a dealer. It was nothing like the reviews or pictures on the website. -we come to CA monthly for Dr and dentist apt and chose this one because I grandkids were sick at Christmas so we were arriving early to take them to breakfast- since this was non refundable and had presents in the car. I did not feel safe so we drove away and went to another hotel (Embassy Suites) every monthly hotel receipt for the last two years, but will never come here and I think it’s a shame. Totally false advertisement. So late night arrival then inconvenience of finding a last-minute hotel so disappointed. I think thank you should really refund and send somebody there to verify my statements. I just hope you don’t market families for Disneyland. Thanks -Kathy with OCVIP travel

Very poor

The location was amazing. The location is central to where I needed to be. Between Orange and Villa Park. There was a bed bug that bit my hand four times before I caught it and killed it. Then I realized the the mattress was dirty and had some blood stains. It was incredibly dirty under the bed. With dirty and hair. And the bathroom was patched up in the most unprofessional way.

Cons: Old, dirty floors, shower goes from boiling to freezing. Overall feels like you’re staying at a friend’s old house. Not terrible but also not the best.
