the girl from the front desk was friendly , the room was clean but the guys from the valet parking they were incompetent, I went with my little sis and they didn’t helps with the luggage at all, They looked at us and didn't even help us, the worst valet ever

Check in on the 18th floor was a bit hectic as that is where the bar is and the music was pretty loud. Also, had to wait for our room keys for about ten minutes due to their system being down.

Hotel was great but our bathroom counter was dirty when we first got there and the bed was uncomfortable wasn’t any city noise but just the noise of the rooms by us doors slamming.

My stay on June 20th has been a disaster and need to check out at 1:30am based on hairs and bed bugs in my bed, this is disgusting. I spoke to Austin Humphrey at the front desk. I demand a full credit of my charge room plus deposit and parking on my AMEX ending in 2009. If you refuse, I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge
