A lot of noise after 11pm going to early hours. Will line to see a security guard roving around the facility.

Clean, personal AC unit for climate control, and the bedding was lovely. Only complaint is that they might want to get a maintenance technician out for their elevators.

I loved the view and the price. I am disabled and asked to be close to elevator if not on first floor. I was given a third floor room at the furthest point from the elevator on a day they were doing scheduled maintenance on the elevator even after being told I needed to be close to the elevator. I didn’t mind walking a little but the furthest room with the elevator not working?

Staff were very helpful. We checked in at 10:30pm with no problems. Room was very clean. Felt safe. Stayed 1 night, but it was easy to access and lots nearby.

It was a nice hotel and close to the convention center. I was surprised though that I could hear the other rooms so well. I thought it would be better insulated. Still a good stay.
