Breakfast was fine. We stayed two days and there were different selections on both days. Of course the favorite was the fresh made waffles. Overall price was great for the stay and it is very close to Universal Studios and other surrounding attractions. Could not say I did not like something.

Great service at check in, poor at checkout. Room okay but not cleaned very well. Couldn't even give a 12:00 checkout to a gold member

Clean rooms, great staff, good prices. I had a nice quiet stay and that’s all I needed. Will stay there again for my next weekend escapade to Orlando.

100% highly recommend. 2 minute walk from IHOP. 10 minute drive to ORL premium outlets and Universal studios. 16 minute drive to downtown ORL.

Unfortunately they gave us a room where condensation was building up on the tile near the bathroom causing a slippery area. I had to throw towels on the tile to absorb the condensation building on the tile. I advised the staff and they immediately moved me to another room. This hotel clearly needs renovations, the rooms are stale along with the rest of the property. If I would have known that this property was in this type of condition I would have made reservations elsewhere. Hampton Inn has always been my favorite hotel to stay in, but on occasion I've come across a few which were in deplorable condition. The TVs are not smart which doesn't allow for connections to NETFLIX, etc. Again, this particular hotel does not meet my minimal standards. Staff on the other hand were responsive and cordial, no qualms there.
