Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport

Billy the shuttle driver was great courteous and got me to the airport ahead of time. I can walk to restaurants and enjoy the pool up until ur flight there is an outside shower to rinse off and run to the airport very relaxing ! Just 10 min to airport but not noisy!

The staff was pleasant and professional. The location was very nice and clean. I appreciated that the room had a microwave and fridge, which not all hotels have. I would definitely go back.

charge my credit card for parking and I did not even have a car park at the facility

After our stay there was a $10.00 charge on our credit card. When I inquired about it with the hotel I was told it was to park our car. This wasn’t parking garage style parking just a parking lot. The issue isn’t the $10.00. It’s that we weren’t informed there would be the charge and I don’t remember ever being charged for parking if spending the night.

Super clean bed was not overly soft but comfortable, pillows were not the best, bathroom is tight, but the AC is fantastic ICE COLD. Also if you have a child that wakes with the sun the light coming in the windows all night will help keep them awake!

Very helpful front desk staff. The free airport shuttle is a big plus! Nice clean hotel with a good buffet for breakfast.
