Front desk staff (mike) was incredibly helpful and gracious. Clean facility, good breakfast. Comfortable beds Most important.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was easily accessible and was replenished well.

Second time staying at this location everything was good just little things made it not a 5stars. Bathroom is small so it get kind of awkward when trying to shut the door to use the bathroom like where should I stand. Breakfast was ok have had better at other Hilton properties.

This Hampton Inn has very clean and functional rooms and is a good hotel for a short personal or business stay. It’s very convenient to the airport and Rideshare rides are relatively inexpensive if you don’t want to deal with a crowded and more rigidly scheduled airport shuttle. Didi at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant at check-in. She makes you feel welcomed and like a valued customer! 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch also!

We were grateful for the airport shuttle and give a big shout out to Billy who waited past the midnight cut off to make sure we, and another weary traveling family got safely to our hotel after a miserable day of travel delays, etc. Also, Michael helped us out by changing one of my room reservations into my daughter’s name so she and my grandkids could check in without having to wait until after midnight for me to arrive. The only drawback was the popcorn ceiling in our room was falling onto the bedding and furniture below leaving white chalky residue on everything. Time to update those ceilings!
