Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG

Poor quality

We had amazing weekend the only think was the weather raining we can have more fun but was my second time all the new slide my kids had so much fun

This was an ok hotel, but if you are fussy do not stay here. The room was clean, but housekeeping did not happen on daily basis and twice I had to call front desk for clean towels. Now these were delivered quickly, staff were very pleasant. Pools were good, this hotel is close to parks so it made it easy for Ubers. If you are just looking for a place to sleep at night then I guess this would be ok. If your looking for nice hotel with fancy finishes/touches though this is not the place to stay.

But they didn't care. And took hous keeping 3 to 4 to bring wash cloths and towels. And pool and water park kept getting closed and wasn't able to use it. And some market items where way over priced. Got $100 for our last day for breakfast but they were putting food away for we were limited on what we could get. Not our best time their and one was there 2 times. 1st time stay 1 day because they room had roches and they was over booked. No rooms available. Not a good experience again.

Im not going there again

It was ok. The waterpark was closed for 2 days of our 3 day trip but they made up for it with perks and a partial refund. Room was very clean and the kids had fun anyway.

Everything was fantastic

Kiddo enjoyed the water park and themed bedroom. Could have been cleaner. One of our towels had a brown spot. We also killed a roach that was on our headboard. There were guests who were smoking weed outside of door that made our suite smell awful but that’s not the resort’s fault I suppose.

The kids enjoyed the waterpark a lot. It is worth it for young kids

The staff is friendly and helpful- however the property did not meet my expectations.

Pool dirty , bedroom had roaches . Hallways give projects or prison .rooms had mold as I had to switch to three rooms for poor cleanliness sheets towels had blood stains. I do not recommend here if you have kid w health issues

Great place for lods

It was the best trip ever! I went with my 2 teens and they actually left their phones and had the time of their lives. Food is right there at the pool, you can order with QR codes and they deliver to you. The room was amazing! The lobby was cool, they had a picture section with a nice set. The surf was great and the water slides. I 100% recommend. Is super close to Disney Springs and Disney parks.

This hotel was terrible had a bad experience the ac wasn’t working the fan in the room doesn’t work nothing works don’t stay at this hotel
