Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. My husband and I loved that the hotel was in a great location and close to Universal parks and Volcano Bay. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean room and kitchen great for long stay can stock up on supply. Can used the microwave heat food.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The 24 hour coffee and the breakfast was nice. Although we didn't use it, it was nice to have laundry facilities available. Parking was free. Many food choices nearby. We did use the gym and the pool. They both could use a really good cleaning. The pull out couch in our room has seen much better days. The cushions were sunken in and something chewed on one arm. The light bulbs were dead in 2 lamps, the room was never cleaned the whole week we stayed there. The fridge was leaking on the floor. The dishwasher had something all over the front of it.
