Loved staying here and how convenient it was during my daughter national volleyball tournament. The onsite valet was also a wonderful choice for daily parking and super quick and efficient. The staff was all super kind and helpful. Will definitely return again.

Loved the balcony! There was no refrigerator in the room! My wife has medication that needs to stay refrigerated, but all they had a was a little cooler. I have not been in a hotel without a fridge in over 30 years, even cheap hotels have a fridge in the room! The staff was sympathetic to our situation and let us put her medication in the fridge of the bell room, but really, there needs to be a better option.

The poolside was really a destination- waterfalls plus streets hidden from sight really makes it feel like a beautiful oasis.

I have stayed in more hotel rooms than I can even count and I rate the fine folks at the Hyatt at the top of my list! From the check in to the check out, I could not have been treated better! I definitely recommend them and will stay there again if I am in the Orlando area again!
