Lake Nona Wave Hotel

Our room faced a loud highway, utility infrastructure and an empty field. The pool was surprisingly basic. Our high-tech Toto toilet didn’t work; someone came to “fix” it, but it still didn’t function and there was no follow-up. Twice I spent around five minutes on hold just trying to reach guest services. There’s no room service after 10 p.m., and even a simple request for a noon checkout was a hard no. The front desk wasn’t rude, just incredibly rigid and seemingly unable to go one step beyond protocol — the opposite of what I expect from luxury hospitality. Beautiful property, but the service and amenities simply didn’t match the luxury image. If I wanted a true luxury hotel experience, I would choose a proper luxury hotel. We would not stay here again.

This was a surprise for us. We have traditionally gone to chain hotels and this time we tried something different, actually it was my brother who booked all three rooms for our three families. It opened my eyes to trying new things. This hotel was Morden clean fresh and comfortable. The food was great, we will be back

If you just want to press the pause button on your life this is the place. I've been to this hotel with my boyfriend two times now (for one night only) and it really is the best. Three restaurants and a bar so you don't even have to leave for food if you don't want to. The bathroom is amazing (they have a bidet!!), room is always clean, and the staff are kind people. I especially love the garden in the back.

This was a beautiful hotel. Loved all the tech! Staff was super friendly & helpful. The atmosphere was also wonderful. Looking forward to staying there again.

3 night stay at The Wave Lake Nona. Extremely professional staff. My king room w/balcony was gorgeous. Very clean space, bed was comfortable. Room service was a nice amenity. Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed in quite some time at this price point. Will definitely be back.

Ive been to numerous amount of hotel but Wave tops them all.

This property was awesome! Such great decor and vibe. My room was incredibly comfortable with a highly modern bathroom, wonderful amenities/products. We ate at the cafe for both dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding, including in the pool area. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, helpful, and accommodating.
