the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean, and price is inexpensive. there is nearby transportation to Disneyland, which is very convenient.

Fui a reception y las personas que estaban ahí fueron muy amables!! Dijeron que le dirían al manager y que se comunicarían conmigo y hasta la fecha nadie me ha llamado! La recepción bien!! Las habitaciones viejas y no muy limpias !!!

Not a place that you wanna stay for more than a night, hot water seems to be a ongoing issue, staff are disrespectful but the place was clean.

El hotel era en una buena ubicacion ademas aceptable para el precio, solo deben verificar varios factores de las habitaciones como el agua fria de la ducha no habia agua caliente, la nevera no servia, todas las maquinas de hielo dañadas.

The property was overall clean and tidy. I had two issues, the plumbing seems to need addressing. The water in the tub drains very slowly and the door handle to my room specifically needs to be replaced. It loose and hard to get in. Rome 236

La chambre était très grande et propre, le personnel très agréable, nous avons pu arriver très tardivement dans la nuit et n’avons eu aucun problème pour le Check-in. La piscine était grande et il y avait très peu de monde. Petit bémol pour l’air climatisé qui etait très bruyant dans la chambre et nous avions également le frigo hors d’usage. Dans l’ensemble nous recommandons cet établissement !

Comfortable, clean and well equipped, I had a pleasant experience staying here. It's decent, not at the same level as some of the pricier places but that's fair, considering what you're paying here. Good value. The staff was helpful as well.

O único ponto desfavorável a destacar foi o chuveiro, que não tinha uma vazão grande de água, e que por algumas vezes não teve o funcionamento com água quente, sendo um incômodo.

Very good hotel but the only negative was the fact there was no hot water and the rooms just look outdated but in general, the staff is amazing. They take care of you very well and also there’s no water so if you wanna go to the hotel, you have to buy water from the gas station across from the hotel, which is called Wawa. I would give it a solid seven out of 10.

I liked that the property was clean and organized. I like the decorative style of the inside n the outside, professional..I believe customer service can use a little tweaking n possible social skills with customers as we are paying to stay in the establishment..there can be an improvement with amenities availability..Parking was available, air conditioning was available, my room was clean..just an idea, a toilet brush can be placed in each room n some possible bleach just for simple things to wipe down as per individual…
