Location was good and service was good MInor but extra garbage bags and paper towel would have been nice. We had to go out and buy garbage bags

Location was great - plenty of brunch spots, and nightlife. Rooms were spacious and modern. The provisions in the kitchen were handy (i.e. utensils, crockery, tea selection, milk). Whilst staff made every effort, the accommodation isn't able to support early check-in / storage of bags. If travelling with luggage again, this would prevent me from booking as I needed more flexibility.

Great location and set up. It would have been nice to have someone stock up the tea coffee etc.

I loved the location. It was very convenient for groceries, with a train station just a few steps away and only a short walk to the tram. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of interesting shopping in the area. It was also very easy to get into the city. The MYKI card vending machine at the train station made it simple to buy and top up travel cards. The apartment itself was very spacious and well laid out, with a separate bedroom and lounge, a good-sized bathroom, a small study area, and a decent kitchen. There was plenty of cupboard space, a balcony, and everything felt new and fresh. There is a very high penalty for accidentally setting off the smoke alarm, which made me nervous about using the stove. I preferred to use the microwave, but there were no microwave-safe cooking utensils supplied, so it would be helpful if these were provided. The TV required connection through Chromecast and did not seem to be compatible with our iPhone, so we were unable to use it. The door access app was also a little unresponsive at times. I later discovered this worked better when I removed my phone from its case. This was not a major issue because there was also a passcode entry option, which was convenient.

Nice facilities and amenities

- This place is great value for money, it is a lot better than I had expected for the price. I would 100% stay again especially for a longer trip or work trip where I need kitchen/laundry. The space is quite large, a 1 bedroom apartment with a large kitchen - so plenty of space for 2 people + table would seat 4 if you wanted to host a meal. - Really good location, next door to the train station and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby that were delicious! I recommend this area if you haven't stayed in Brunswick before. - I didn't stay for long and make full use, but it had full laundry facilities and a well equipped kitchen - Bed was huge and comfortable - Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe to hang clothing - Door key app was a bit annoying to use and sometimes a bit tricky - Decor is austere and practical. Some more decorations might make it feel more cosy. Not a deal breaker for me.

Great location, right next to the train station and trams, clean and comfortable room and facilities were great Nothing I did not like
-
The main bathroom door couldn’t shut which wasn’t ideal.
-
The security codes were turned off at 10 am but due to the parking situation I needed more time to get to the car with the bags.
-
Interesting food options nearby. Dirty run-down neighbourhood. Keyless entry code required three times to access the room. Lots of compliance request notices in the apartment
-
Communication with the Rambla Team, apartment facilities and cleanliness, location. poor lighting in bathroom and no full length mirror in the apartment.
-
May be few more cooking utensils especially baking and small frying pan can be provided.
-
Housekeeping Services None

Comfy, quiet stay in a Pretty good location (stone’s throw from transit) but still a bit further out from the center of town than I expected. That said fun neighborhood in its own right! Lots of good food nearby. A little pricey but they may be an issue you a lot of Melbourne

Bit difficult initially for one without mobile data
-
All the electronic processes were a bit difficult at times. Would have been hard for an older person because I even found it overwhelming.
-
Very good
-
We liked everything Not any issue but was a bit challenging to understand the all digital system. But no complain.
-
Spacious, great view, all amenities in the bathroom, patio with view. Lively neighborhood Wifi was weak in the entry way, made the door code via bluetooth a bit difficult. Fob was better, but would have liked two keys for two guests. Unclear where the bin room was
-
Great set up. Beautiful, apartment, well priced. Will stay there again! Lack of clarity around check out instructions. I was supposed to empty the bin into the ground floor bin room, but where that is, remains a mystery to me still.
