Tru By Hilton Orlando Convention Center Area, FL

The place was clean and had many ammenities that we got to enjoy. The only downfall was that the room had very high humidity, the odor was very evident. If we had not arrived so late, I would have asked or another room.

Close to Orange County Convention, where I attended Landscape Show for my work. Staff was friendly. For the most part it was clean. No TV controls when I came in. Went to front desk they gave me one, but the first night the TV didn't work. It was too late have someone fix it, they did fix it the next day. Light bulb was out of one of the main lights. Mini fridge did not get cold. Came back one night to have the maintenance man going in to my room, I never called he was in the wrong room. Not what I expected from Tru Hilton.

I was charged $50.00 for checking in earlier, I had travelled all over the world and never been charged for checking in earlier, unpleasant surprise

The hotel is nice. If provide microwaved paper cup would be great. And if the response for the text message is within 10mins instead of 1 hour would be very helpful.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfortable. But the air conditioning facilities of the hotel are too old, and the noise is so loud that people can’t sleep well all night! Although the hotel replaced the air conditioner in time, the noise was still very loud. If you don‘t mind the noise, this hotel is really good!

What can I say, fist off I didn't like the fact that they are making you pay for parking wich is $20 a day isn't parking suppose to be free since ur staying there and second the rooms are small. So if u want to pay for parking at a hotel ur staying at this is the one for u.

El estacionamiento tiene un costo adicional. En cuanto a la habitación, la primera que me asignaron tenía un olor a humedad realmente insoportable. Sin embargo, llamé a recepción y fueron muy amables y rápidamente me cambiaron de habitación. Lamentablemente, la segunda habitación tampoco estaba muy limpia, especialmente el baño. En general, la atención del personal fue buena, pero considero que deberían prestar más atención a la limpieza y al estado de las habitaciones.
