The staff were amazing and checking on our stay all the time we were at the Hotel.

Other than that, the price you pay for this room is not matching with they offer. Do you want a decent wifi? 10.00 Breakfast? 35.00...parking? 35.00...water? 8.00 Towels not even decent for the price. Mattress not as good as for a 5 star hotel. Pillows and linens ok!

Helios Grand was spotless and really well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Universal’s Epic Universe. The convenience alone made the stay worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely a great choice if you’re visiting the park.

The location and direct access to the park were a huge advantage. Being able to enjoy the park, come back to the hotel to rest and recharge, and then easily return to the park made our days so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pool was fantastic — our kids absolutely loved it. Everything came together perfectly for the birthday celebration we had hoped for. We left with great memories and two very happy kids, which was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the parks!
