the outside area needs a TLC specially in the evening hours price for the stay too high low life individuals roaming around and the smell in the halls and parking areas strong funky odor elevator took days to be fixed , had to go to another location to continue our stay

Room was bad smell , also internet was not there , room was not clean properly, I left , .next day even I booked room for 5 days , front desk I asked refund but not helped

This Property is upkept super well. I meet the General Manager he is friendly and nice and Carmen, She is such a delight, a great staff with a great personality. So kindhearted, warm and welcoming. This is the best extended stay I stayed at, they have a rule of quiet time between10:7am to be considering your neighbors, totally recommend. I extended my stay and additional week.

There was no breakfast available. The phone in our room did not work, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room only had one towel, there was no conditioner or bath mat, and the window blinds were broken, allowing sunlight into the room early in the morning, so we were awake by 7:00 a.m. There was also only one luggage cart available for the entire hotel, which made unloading and loading very inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. The only positive was the location. Dunkin’ and IHOP were within walking distance, and Disney Springs was about a 10–15 minute drive away. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the number of issues.

They where very helpful and I had a great time. The room was over all very clean and large with a full sized kitchen in the room.

The spaciousness of the room. The hotel smells, the AC was loud and kept me up at night as well as ppl running up and down the halls, slamming doors, cussing and arguing all night long. Pool was out of service. Took 30 minutes just to return my key because the checkout lady refused to put her call on hold to service the guests at the window.

Good location. Pool was closed when we went due to a “leak” didn’t have any signs saying that the pools were closed. They don’t have a 24 hour service desk and had to wait till 9 am to check out to leave. Buttons in the elevator didn’t really work that well, had to push a few times just ended up taking the stairs. The WiFi isn’t also free, it’s free for one device and that’s it. You have to pay for WiFi. We had 5 devices so yeah. It was 14.99 for the week. Had water bugs in our rooms (but it’s Florida so it is what it is). The price is okay, but you can something better for the same price. There’s also homeless people and prostitution.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and I only got service twice and I had to ask for service... There shouldn't be no reason to not have service done at least 2-3 days. I was told it'd be done every 14 days. Room had roaches but it was a nice room. Staff were nice. Pretty quiet environment.

the room wasn't as advertise like the picture in the booking i was very disappointed with the hotel there is a really bad smell of marijuana in the lobby,elevator and hallways

Having a full size refrigerator and cook top and microwave were perfect for us to make breakfast every day to save money. The motel was very clean. The hours that you could pickup clean towels were bad for vacationers. We were gone to the theme parks early and got back late. But the front desk worked with us.

Very nice hotel, excellent service and close to everything

This property is not a good place you should really take it off booking Dog hair all over the room the assistant GM cursed me out and called me the n word I’m suing

Room was nice Tv didn’t work reported it to the front office they said that they were going to send someone up and no one ever came glad I had my iPad to watch movies and stream.
