Everything was great we love coming there this was our fourth time visiting highly recommended

It is good to go and hang out-you have to pay extra for parking every time you park and the shuttles to and from the parks and Disney springs only go at certain times that are not realistic making them unhelpful for those of us who wanted to participate in mickeys not so scary Halloween. Call and get the shuttle times first to make sure it will work for you and get ready to be Nicole and dimed for everything.

Wonderful surroundings, beautifully kept grounds/hotel. Super friendly staff. Free tram to Disney springs was very nice. Very nice swimming area. The only downsides I could speak of: breakfast was $29/adult for a buffet style breakfast. There were no stores near enough to walk to for bare essentials or super cheap food. The only options if you don’t have a car of your own is to DoorDash everything or uber/lyft to the nearest restaurant/supermarket. There also “laundry facilities “ listed as amenities but are not there. Dry clean only and only during particular hours.

The resort itself, the location, The staff, the room, the gift shop, the restaurant and the garage parking lot The game room needs games that actually work, more claw games and more games in general. More prizes to win. I wish my room had a microwave and a mini bar that had soda in it.

The lazy river was very relaxing and the walking trail around the pond was beautiful. The only negative would be that the debris in the pools needed to be cleaned out more often.

Gorje and Danny at the Outside bar are friendly, knowledgeable they went above and beyond to help make our last two trips a pleasure.

Stayed a few nights with our kids. Loved having access to all the pools. Loved the bridge/boardwalk, and the shaded playground. Great customer service and the staff were lovely. Bigger suites are available so next time, we will stay in one of them, as the smaller rooms do not have a microwave- a small must when staying with young kids who can be consistently hungry.

Everything Learning about Nelsons death. So sad.

I liked the proximity to stores and entertainment. I also appreciated the responsiveness of the staff to our concerns. The outdoor facilities are amazing and there is a lot to do. I didn’t like the pushiness of the bellhop upon arrival. When we went up to our original room, there was some type of pink substance smeared on the bedskirt. They were able to quickly places in another room, but it did not have a mirror outside of the bathroom, which made getting ready quite difficult for a party greater than one. The inside of the parking garage could use a little pressure washing and upkeep.

It was such a wonderful place for a quick escape, and the staff were fantastic! My daughter left her blanket behind on our way home, and they worked so hard to get it back to her. I’m so grateful!

The rooms are a little dated, but pretty nice overall. The resort fee definitely adds to the expense. It's in a good area though. Very central to the parks, etc.
