I hated every minute of it The staff was rude and unhelpful The place was dirty and bad facilities I left two nights early because I simply could not continue my stay. The room was basically cleaned, but the details were poor: visible limescale, black dirt around the shower/sink area, a damaged shower head, and a kettle full of limescale. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, and fresh towels were not replaced until I had to ask. The full board experience was very disappointing. I was surprised that no drinks were included at all, not even water or coffee. The breakfast was poor, the food was not tasty, and the options were very limited. Ordering lunch was unnecessarily difficult, and the service from the restaurant/bar staff felt rushed, unpleasant, and unwelcoming. I came to rest, but the experience made me feel stressed and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving around 9 PM with two nights still remaining and had to pay for another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, good food, and warm service, I personally would not recommend this hotel.

Very close to the beach and path you can take a walk or a run. Breakfast was ok. No bananas at breakfast apart from that it was ok.

The narrow entrance and exit when you come by car. The step you have to take with your luggage in order to enter the hotel when you come from the left side. The high prices for coffee at the bar. The average breakfast buffet. The switches not working properly (room 205). Small room.

Location. I’ve stayed before, but only booked this time because everywhere else was booked solid. The staff were very friendly. That was the only plus. The lack of cleanliness, general upkeep, random hairs everywhere that were not mine. The fact that the toilet and bin for toilet paper in the bathroom were super close to the hand and bath towels gave me the absolute ick. It was disgusting frankly. And at something ludicrous for €500 for two nights it was an absolute rip off. I’d never recommend this place unless they up their game.

Staff, very kind and professional, especially the hotel manager. Price is pretty low so value is good. Hotel is slightly under maintained.

Standard European hotel breakfast nothing fancy, but good, gym pictures don’t really show, but it is well equipped, staff were extremely nice and helpful very friendly. Only hotel in that area that has a beach, and it has more than enough benches, pool bar is good with many options.

I liked that Lebay Hotel is in a very strategic location. It sits almost in the center, making it easy to explore Cyprus in all directions. It took us about 30 minutes by car to reach Ayia Napa, and the airport was only a short drive away, which made arrival and departure very smooth. The hotel also has direct access to the beach, which was a big plus. We could go for a swim or relax by the sea without needing to leave the property. The beach area was quiet, clean, and never too crowded. Overall, it was a convenient base for day trips and offered the comfort of having the beach just steps away. What I did not like was that the price felt overrated for what the hotel offered. The value did not match the cost. The breakfast was very limited in variety, and not up to the standard you would expect for the price. On several occasions, the plates and cutlery had an unpleasant smell, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.
