Stunning property in the heart of Orosei. Staff were very accommodating in facilitating luggage pick up/drop off from car rental parking. Staff were fantastic in their recommendations and booking of reservations for dinners. Courtyard and breakfast were fantastic! Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants within walking distance (some up or down hill). Access to beach club with shuttle was lovely. Beach club was clean, quiet, umbrella and chair, with bathrooms and showers.

I love the front porch with tables and chairs. And the employees were super nice. Didn’t like that my room was far from the main lobby. To have breakfast I had to walk 5 blocks.

Great location, even if you’re not staying at the building with the lobby. Beach club is amazing.

The room off a little ancient street was modern and quiet inside. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was overbthe top. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Our room was a generous size, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable & supportive. The hotel location is very central and close to the finest restaurants in Orosei.

Gorgeous facilities, amazing breakfast, super helpful staff that picked us up from the parking lot late at night Room was a little small

The breakfast was a wonderful spread, really good food, beautifully laid out, and in a lovely setting. The hotel is a work of art and so worth experiencing the beautiful restoration. The communication was excellent, very helpful staff, and they ensured that all was smooth and gave good advice. We ate in the restaurant, which was also a superior experience. I truly have no complaints.

Hotel very pretty and great location. There hadn't been a junior 1 bedroom available for 3 nights, so we'd booked one regular room for 1 night and the junior one bedroom for the next 2. The junior one bedroom we were given did not match the photos. It was dark and faced the back of the building rather than the courtyard. The manager was not at the property at that time, and we were told there no other rooms available that night but they could change our room the next day. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for us and left the hotel for the evening. When we returned, they hadn't made up the bed and the staff had left for the evening so the woman at the desk brought us sheets to make it up ourselves. She may have helped, but the room was so small the 3 of us couldn't fit in the room with the furniture. In the morning, when we were leaving for a day tour, the manager was still not there, so we packed our things so they could move our luggage as they had the night before when they moved us to the junior 1 bedroom. We were on a boat tour for the day and when we returned they had not changed our room and they said the manager was gone again and there was nothing to do about changing the room. The next morning when we were checking out, the manager Giovanni was immediately aggressive and unapologetic. He said he had been waiting for us the whole day the day before and, when I explained we had been on a tour for the whole day, he blamed us and said he would have moved us if we’d come to him. Of course, we assumed moving was already settled because the staff told us they could move us. We were shocked how consistently rude the staff was throughout our stay. Terrible experience and would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Parking was tricky and the spread out nature of the room and breakfast locations would get annoying if staying more than a couple of days.

There was not to like
-
The beds and pillows were very hard.

We booked the deluxe suite with a terrace and it was fantastic. We loved having the terrace looking at the church lit up at night. We LOVED the breakfast and it was the absolute best location possible. The only thing that could have been better is the parking situation. We had to park a 10 minute walk away, which we typically dont mind but we did a really long hike one day and it was less than ideal. Again, not a deal breaker.

Lovely breakfast and friendly and helpful staff (thumbs up to Jose that waited us till the midnight to check-in). You can also book a boat tour at the reception (to viait Orosei Gulf - the most amazing beaches).

Great location. We stayed in the annex building away from the main street which was nice and quite. Restaurant was great! We also did blue experience which was amazing!
-
The breakfast was good. Loved the beach club, and beach bar. They booked us in three separate rooms that were not in the same building. Additionally, the restaurant they own was the very disappointing. You have to pay for most things as add on's: towel rentals per day, beach chair rental, waters in the room, etc. Rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Our sheets were dirty and never replaced even though we asked for new ones.

A receptionist was a super great !! Before we arrive she send us very useful informations . And helping our big suitcases and after service was also so kind . Always quick response. She made us so good feeling good about Orosei.

Beautiful, great location in the center of town. Nice included breakfast and easy access to local beach club. Clean room, nice bathroom amenities and great air conditioning capabilities during a heat wave. Concierge staff very friendly/helpful. Would highly recommend.
