This newly built hotel is set on the east coast of Sardinia, just 0.6 mi from the sea and 1640 feet from the historic city center of Orosei. A scheduled shuttle service to/from Orosei beach is provided. Nestled between the Tyrrhenian Sea, Cedrino river and the western slopes of Mount Tuttavista, the city of Orosei provides an ideal location for a peaceful getaway. The hotel is located on the Via del Mare which leads directly to the town’s main beaches. Orosei is full of traditional shops boasting local arts, crafts and cuisine. The breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, it was one of the weaker aspects of the experience and could be improved.

They don’t advertise that wifi is not available in the rooms, wifi only available in the lobby. Beds are firm and pillows are uncomfortable. Shower door doesn’t close all the way and can get your bathroom wet.

Good location, walking distance to center. We had two rooms, the one with the working AC was great. Aya, who checked us in was great but when her shift was over the other staff wasn’t helpful, didn’t speak English or Spanish. We had two rooms, one was a disaster. The AC didn’t work and it was very hot!! Lots of Moskitos and no screens on the windows. when we complained they changed both our rooms and one didn’t have a working AC again. I tried to complain again but the girl at the reception didn’t speak English or Spanish and didn’t try to understand my few Italian words. She kept saying AC will start. The shower door didn’t work, the fridge didn’t cool and the breakfast was bad. I did not expect much since the room was cheaper than other hotels and we would have accepted that there are drawbacks, but no AC in 31 Celsius is exhausting. I think the AC on first floor works fine but never reaches the second floor rooms.

Nice little hotel in a very good location. Walking distance to the town center and restaurants/bars/caffeterias. Could still walk to the beach but better to take a car or bicycle. Ample parking space on a unpaved field. Friendly staff. The room was standard for a hotel room, comfortable bed. Nice little balcony where we could hang some clothes to dry. We loved the town and would comeback. No WiFi in the rooms in 2024 is unforgivable. Not the only hotel in the area with this issue but in an area with very little mobile coverage this is a big deal. On one of the days we found some ants in the room coming from a very small gap on the wall. They disappeared shortly after. Wasn't expecting it as the room was very clean. We didn't have breakfast but walked by the area many times and could see the negative comments about the breakfast are true: some cookies, 4 kinds of croissants and some cereal, that's pretty much it apart from the usual drinks, very poor. The restaurant/bar is closed in the hotel.
