Hotel Gli Ulivi

The staff's behavior during check-in was a bit odd. The rooms are quite small. Hotel parking incurs a fee, but there is an option to park nearby in a public lot.

The room was clean, spacious, and was in a great location. Breakfast was also fresh and great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My only negative is that the breakfast wasn’t replenished- so if you arrived later to breakfast, you were left with not many options.

Most of the staff doesn't know english, which is unacceptable for hotel. Also they are not very welcoming and helpful. Reception is not always open which was not highlighted anywhere. Parking options were very poorly explained, I would say due to lack of language skills, and also lack of interest from the side of the staff.

Comfortable bed, quiet aircon, beach chairs and umbrella ready, large bath room, tea choices in the room, breakfast items sweet and salty. Wanted to extend by one night in the same room and failed due to inflexibility of staff.

The floor in my room wasn't as clean as I was expecting. Cleaning in general needs more attention

Nice spacious room. Good light. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. Nice balcony. Appreciated complimentary sun parasol and beach chairs. Good breakfast. Stingy with shower gel and toilette paper. No hooks in bathroom. We were without water this morning. Breakfast a bit chaotic, especially to get a coffee.

Modern building with a very cool, modern room. The mattress was hard but extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also modern and well designed. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking Orosei and the sea. The hotel is located on a hill, so you’ll need a car to get to the beach, but the old town is close by. The pizza in the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was not extraordinary, but still decent, with good coffee. While taking a shower, the hot water suddenly became cold, and the warm water didn’t come back for a while. It was probably because too many guests were using the shower at the same time.

Walkable to downtown snd many restaurants and bars. Friendly, attentive staff. Room is spacious, newly renovated, bright, modern and super clean! Balcony with a table and chairs and a clothes rack. We were offered an umbrella, sun beds and beach towels at NO extra charge. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Nothing.

The room was very nice, spacious and immaculate with a large bathroom and nice sized balcony. The hotel was a short drive to a beautiful beach, numerous walking trails, and short walk to restaurants and shops. The onsite restaurant is lovely, fabulous service, delicious menu and outstanding breakfast selection. Highly recommend!

It's great that they leave you beach towels. You need to pay for hotel parking and getting there with the car can be quite challenging. The system to get coffee at breakfast was quite slow and the toasting machine didn't work very well.

The room was spotless, and the hotel had everything we could possibly need — beach chairs, umbrella, parking, even toothbrushes. The breakfast was excellent, with tomatoes, cheese, pastries, coffee, and eggs. It’s a charming inn-style hotel, perfect for short stays. The pizzas at the restaurant are a must! The room smelled a bit too strongly of cleaning products at first, but it faded after a few hours. The reception is not 24 hours, so check-in and any late-night matters are handled by phone — they do respond, but it’s not the most efficient.

Very nice rooms. Clean and well designed. Great views Check in was not simple. There are several different buildings. Better instructions are needed to explain that reception is in the restaurant building

Wonderful stay at Hotel Gli Ulivi! The location was ideal for us; safe, walkable to the main centre and grocery store. The room was lovely, great on-site parking, super rental bikes, and incredibly helpful staff. Grazie

Rooms are great, restaurant is really good. Breakfast is also good. I loved our stay. Ar con was working, shower was super nice. Internet was also really good. everything was really good.
