Clean and roomy WiFi was terrible and the soaps in the shower looked like samples and were hard to open. Terrible. Also, we reserved two rooms and had to cancel one because the other couple could not join us as they closed the air space in the Middle East. We clearly cancelled the room before the due date but were forced to pay the fee by the hotel manager. When we asked to have the key to the other room they said it was already sold for the night. Clearly a double dipping. I am very upset. Did not want to make a Scene and ruin my vacation but the hotel clearly took advantage of us.

We had a great stay, the staff was wonderful and very helpful! Great location to reach many destinations of interest.

Very small dislike - there were no low lights in the room, only bright ones.

Staff is not always available. Don’t plan to leave luggage at the hotel if you arrive early. There is absolutely no one available before 3pm. We planned to leave the luggage at the hotel at 12:30 and go explore the area before 15:00, but when we got there the reception was closed and we didn’t feel it was safe to leave the bags. We had to take them in the car with us to lunch and thankfully we were safe where we parked near the restaurant.

Lovely big room next to the pools. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast had nice variety to choose from. Free parking No stairs to go to the rooms. Foam matras, very comfy, but makes noise while turning at night. Spa is incredibly expensive 70 eur per hour and renting a towel for an excursion costs 5 eur. Other hotels only charges 2 eur.. I would have expect3d spa to be included in the price of the room since it is in the title of the hotel. Pity the reception is only open at 1500, so early check in was not possible. No restaurant on-site, no food unless a good 20 minutes walk. Vending machine is available next to the pool, which is helpful.

Very nice rooms furnished in a sea side style and easy access to their outdoor pools, one of which is amazing for kids with a very shallow access and sun beds right next to the pools for parents to chill. Breakfast selection was very rich and tasty. The closest beach was 5-7 minutes by car and the same goes for restaurants (I especially recommend Orion and Lungomare).

Spacious room, very clean, and staff updated room daily. Great buffet breakfast. Spacious parking. Great rooftop views. Hope to return one day. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely beautiful,, relaxed hotel with only a few rooms. Very quiet and really close to the beach and town. 15-20 minutes walking in either direction. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast selection and good quality food. Carola at reception was very helpful and spoke fluent English, which we very much needed for ordering taxis and things like that. The other staff were all friendly and helpful too. Having a minibar really helped, we stocked it with drinks so we could have a few by the pool - the bar is only open 3-7pm, so you need this extra. We'd definitely return. Reception is open from 8am-12pm and 3pm-7pm. So, if you need help any other time, it's not really available. You can't even drop your case off and go out before check-in at 3pm. I'm not sure how they got rated 4 stars with this limited availability. The pools were absolutely freezing and full of dead bugs. Pretty from a distance, but I only dipped my feet in. The only on-site food available is breakfast or from a vending machine. So you do have to go out twice a day, every day. I felt ill on one of the days and had to do a 20-minute walk for food, which wasn't ideal. The road is pitch black at night leading up to the hotel, but the grounds are extremely well lit. This didn't bother us, but I would have been nervous walking down there alone at night (although the area did feel very safe). While the breakfast selection was quite good overall, it was the same every day so it did get very repetitive after a few days there. And they say they have a Full English, but they only have scrambled eggs, bacon, and hot dog style sausages. None of the beans, mushrooms etc. that I'd say constitutes a Full English.

Very nice environment, huge yard. Nice service at the bar. Good breakfast. Very thin walls.

Our host was very helpful. We loved this place, it has a peaceful atmosphere. We would love to come again. It was difficult to find the way in the dark of the evening. Maybe a lighted sign for the name of the hotel could be used.

Beautiful hotel, great family room, amazing beaches nearby which are quieter & fab pool!
