The hosts are friendly, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is generous. However, the hotel is outdated, the water pressure in the shower is low, and the hot water is lukewarm, making the shower experience quite poor.

Location was excellent, with eateries and shops within walking distance. The host was fantastic too and even helped prep our lunch for our trek! Overall a warm homely feel.

The hostess was so nice and helpful during check-in and breakfast. The restaurant the first evening was also delicious! The location in Orosei was central and easy to get to as well.

Family room with balcony spaceous and facilities very good. There was no parking for the hotel.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. A lovely family hotel, like coming to a home instead of a corporate sausage machine. It's in a tremendous location in a vibrant and delightful town that feels like a real place with much more going on than tourism. We were there out of season and the cafés and bars were still busy with locals relaxing and socialising. The town can be noisy at night, but if you're easily stired earplugs will fix that!

It is located very well and i liked the flair of the rooms. The man at the reception was very kind and spoke english very well. He also Made some advises for the best food nearby. Nothing to mention

Perfect position, average breakfast. I had to update the date of my stay by phone and the staff helped me. Room was at the third floor: elevator only until the second floor, ceiling was super low (I risked hitting my head several times), water pressure absolutely insufficient (absent in some moments). Room size was good, but with very old furniture. Parking is at walking distance, but it is public (so not belonging to the hotel), not guaranteed, unpaved, without surveillance. Only cash payment accepted for tourist tax.

Location the bedroom just had a little window but was comfy.

A nice little hotel in the centre of Orosei with a decent appointed room with balcony, fridge and kettle. Perfect for getting to the local beach and the rest of the Eastern coastal areas. Breakfast was good and the terrace outside the hotel was well laid out. Parking was difficult to find close to the hotel and the tea & coffee sachets in the room were not refilled.

Great location in the town. Service was excellent. Rooms were separated from the restaurant so that wasn't an issue. Rooms were quiet, with solid facilities. Parking was an issue, but that happens in Sardinian towns. Room was small, so if you have a lot of luggage it might be an issue. No fridge in our room.
