The property was clean with great location and had a very nice view to the sea. The staff was super friendly and supportive, especially Hamza, he helped us with the tours, transportations, and restaurants recommendations. الفندق نظيف والفيو كان رائع ومطل عالبحر. الموظفين في الفندق متعاونين جدا خاصة الاخ حمزة، ساعدنا في كل شيء احتجناه من رحلات ومواصلات وتوصيات مطاعم.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was better than we expected and better than the pictures here. Lots of light, the beds were super comfy, and everything was nicely cleaned. It felt great staying there,, and for the money we paid - it was definitely a great value. We picked the place knowing that it would be a bit outside the city center. But it is super close to the bus stop where the airport shuttles stop, and also close to the shopping mall Forum. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We needed to do laundry and were under time pressure, the staff got it organized quickly.

What truly made my experience special was the staff, especially Ali. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Han Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely choose it again on my next trip!

I liked the property’s location and kind stuff especially hamza who was always helpful in everything Since the day we arrived till the day we left he was always expecting us and greeting us with a smile and kind words. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely inshalla stay at Hann otel when I visit Trabzon again This hotel is soo worth it to stay in it Thank youu hamza and all the staff

Room had a bit of a weird smell (nothing too bad but could be improved). Some power sockets didn't work well

Hann Otel has a great location in the center of town with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. The sea view was amazing especially with the large bay windows. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful especially Abdullah at reception who guided us on places to visit in Trabzon. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return again. My only issue was not having access to any kitchen facilities. I wasn’t able to make / heat up any food for my 20 month old son but we managed with the kettle in the room.

Location was good, close to university and airport. I stayed in the queen suite from which I had a great view. Beds were fine and I liked the big table. Breakfast was served from 9 to 11, which was so late that I just managed on one day to eat half of it before I had to run. It was not great anyway. Staff did not speak any English, in spite of what was indicated on the website. We had to communicate by translation app. When I had a simple request (more wire hangers) the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Walls were so thin I could clearly hear the people in the adjacent room.
