The hotel’s response to messages was very efficient, making it perfect for travelers who need to leave early the next day. The staff were friendly, there was free parking, and an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The towels were clean and very new, and there was absolutely no smell of smoke in the hotel. The restaurant next door offers a 10% discount for guests, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The single bed was deformed (not sure if they are aware of this), and the air conditioning was not effective, so I had to sleep with the window open. The overall design feels old, but it is clean. A downside is that it’s close to the train station; although the noise wasn’t too disruptive, there was still some sound. Pillow was not comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very small, there’s no place to put toiletries in shower, and the door handle was also broken. Breakfast options were limited. No scrambled eggs etc or vegetable but is good enough.

Nice stuff, vaery helpfull and very kind this hotel needs some refurbishment. Good for one night. Not more. It has a lot of potential.

Great stopover straight off the A1 just to break our journey. Free parking in large car park right outside. Beds were comfy. Staff were nice. Fair selection for breakfast buffet - just cold not hot. Noisy train line that was quite busy (didn’t realise this when I booked). Rooms were very basic. Would have liked more fruit / healthy options at breakfast.

Theses are extremely basic rooms. They have no amenities but you get what you pay for. The place was clean, safe and the staff was responsive. The breakfast was basic but not unappealing. I had a good experience. It was a motel 6 experience.

The location was quite good as it was close to the highway ( we stayed on the way north) but a little noisy with cars and trains. But the staff was very friendly and had a tasty breakfast. The hotel is quite old.

We knew this hotel was in the budget bracket but it did its job really well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but clean, comfortable and welcoming rooms. The family room was great value and the breakfast was absolutely great. Some ants got in from the balcony and were crawling all over one of our bags.
