The room was comfortable and there were plenty of wall sockets. There is plenty of space to park a car. Overall, it was a good value. I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was not good. There were a few different cakes, some yogurts, and nespresso. Just skip the breakfast.

I liked the privacy of the house. The village picturesqueness. Very comfortable and spacious bed. Very weak Wi-Fi. It didn't work in the room, only in the lobby.

A nice place, but special thanks to the co-owner's brother and his wife for their hospitality!

Wonderful staff! Beautiful room. Great wifi. Excellent breakfast!

Very pleasant hosts, good breakfast choices. We were able to pay directly at the property. This is a working farmhouse, complete with farm animals including a braying donkey. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the wifi worked great in the room but nowhere else on the property. It is located up a steep unpaved road, access could be an issue in a standard sedan.

The room was clean and comfortable with Wifi throughout. The breakfast was simple but great coffee and sufficient to our needs. Not a very warm welcome from the manager (we arrived early which i don’t think was appreciated), however we were later greeted by who we think might have been the owner/host and this was a much warmer reception. The location is a distance from shops or restaurants so prepare for this. The host’s (or perhaps the neighbour’s) dog barked most of the night.

The accommodation provided what was promised. Clean room, clean bathroom, perfect and comfortable for a few days. There was breakfast, which consisted of some sweets, juice and coffees. The accommodation can be reached on a 600 m long gravel, potholed, forest road on the mountainside, which is not easy with a low car. The railway runs on several tracks nearby, and its sound can also be heard in the accommodation. The most unpleasant thing was that you could not live a private life in the room, because the walls are so thin that you could hear the noise of the people in the next room as if we were in the same room. The door lock worked with difficulty, the window was also jammed. Basically, the accommodation provided what was promised, but it is a very noisy place because of the thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was good, room was nice, parking was easy. It was about twenty minutes or so by car into Orvieto. It was a bit off the beaten track. There was no fridge in the room. Outside area was all rather scruffy.

Dangerous road to the accommodation, no air conditioning, the women owner measured, her husband's friendly, breakfast served on paper plates and drink in plastic, poor selection (only sweet)
