The view outside the apartment is spectacular. The property is fully furnished and well-equipped, with tasteful furniture and decor. All amenities are of excellent quality. The hostess is incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gifted us a bottle of white wine and a bag of chocolates!

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Umbria. I felt like I was in the movie, "A Room with a View". Hostess was very welcoming and helpful with where to go in Orvieto. Wonderful place to stay in Orvieto.

We could not have asked for a better stay in Orvieto. Sabrina was so kind and helpful - so easy to approach and engage with. The kind of host we’d want to visit over and over. We were escorted to parking and received dining recommendations. The room was lovely, well-located, and had that beautiful view you see in the photos. We specifically chose the room with the washing machine, and it was welcome after a week of traveling with another week to go. Not only would we stay here again, we would *only* stay here if we are able to return to Orvieto. Thank you, Sabrina.

It was charming and we had a view of the countryside from our window. I wished we could have stayed longer. The host was very friendly and gave us good suggestions for places to eat. The shower in our unit was quite small, a very minor thing

There is no breakfast, nor was one advertised, but there is a wonderful bar about 5 minutes away. There is a coffee maker in the room with cream and sugar. Also, a small fridge that had two bottles of water in it! The bathroom was perfect, not too large nor too small. The shower was excellent, with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The towel warmer is a nice touch! The view from our window was breathtaking, and the location could not have been better. It was also very quiet and with the shutter on the window closed, very dark with no sun to wake you up, unless you wanted it open. Plenty of electric outlets by the bed and two lamps. The extra pillows had fresh pillow cases, which you don't find in most B&Bs or even hotels. We loved every little detail in this room. Also, Orvieto is a magical city and we loved every moment there. We loved everything about this room. The view, the size of the bed, the cleanliness, the cookies, the wine, the bottles of water in the fridge. The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. Parking was also included and very close to the unit. There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor, so only about 15 steps. No problem!

Town center; best views, laundry mat around the corner, wine and coffee and water included, clean, peaceful and sweet Finally figured out noise of toilet. Easy fix with brining chain down.

This place is a real gem. Most places do the minimum to make their rooms acceptable. Ripa Medici goes above and beyond, having thought of everything to make a traveler comfortable. The host was absolutely lovely. This is where I'll stay the next time I'm in Orvieto.

The accommodations were so cozy, charming, clean, and conveniently located in this historic city. Our host Sabina was super helpful assisting with directions and parking. 10 out of 10!

We arrived shortly after lunch and the owner was ready to greet us. The restaurant the owner recommended was outstanding. Restorante Al Pozzo Etrusco! There was no breakfast. There was no pre-warning about the parking situation. Or rather lack of parking. We had to drag our bags uphill and use several elevators to get to the apartment.

We had the best experience ever! The view from here window was stunning, the room was clean, comfortable bed, excellent location, convenient parking, exceptional host. Highly recommend it! Nothing
