Emme Palace Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay at Emme Palace. The room was clean. The spa was very nice. I was disappointed that the spa was only included if you booked a junior suite or above, but it was well worth the 40 euros per person. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. I feel that the spa could have been included in the night stay. Otherwise, it was just about perfect.

The location is fabulous. It is a rather old building - to be expected. We had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. They moved our room right away, which made up for the small issue.

Perfect location in town center, near some of our favorite restaurants. We loved the historic old property with all the up-to-date modern conveniences. Beautiful and comfortyable. Bedding was exceptional. A/C worked great. I booked a spa appointment (massage) which was great but it didnt include the spa facilities.

The location was perfect, it was easy to arrive by car and close to all major sites. Our room was very comfortable and even though we were in the center of the town, it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included in the reservation, but part of the breakfast menu was not included and you had to pay for some items on the menu.

Fresh, clean, beautifully decorated hotel. Wonderful staff. Lovely well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Coffee at breakfast was good. The breakfast arrangement was unusual, but there was a good choice.

The hotel, the room, and the location were beautiful. We immediately felt relaxed and slept very well. The location was central with several charming restaurants visible from our window. We enjoyed walking the adjacent streets. And the breakfast - wow! Don’t over sleep. This was the best breakfast on our trip. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. A 10 out of 10 stay! Location and comfort

New rooms and delicious breakfast.

Fantastic modern lodging at the top of the hilltop city. All rooms were spacious with premier fit and finish details. The spa provided an excellent opportunity for treatments and relaxing. The location provided easy access to all restaurants, shopping, and tourist destinations. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast/bar area was roomy and well attended. Our special memory is the attention we received from "Joe" (Giovanni) who seemed to be everywhere in the hotel, assisted with luggage, and even was filling in for the bartender. Joe is delightful - professional, knowledgable, attentive, friendly, and personal. He really made our stay at the palace enjoyable. Overall, this is a very nice place and we would love to stay again!

Fabulous hotel, no notes.

Really nothing.

I was in Italy for three weeks and this was the best breakfast I had the entire time and the most comfortable bed. It was also an optimal location in Orvieto. Park AT the hotel so you dont have to drag your suitcase up the multiple escalators! Hotel is easy drive through town. Everything was exceptional and I am super picky. The only “negative “ was breakfast waiter was forgetful and didn’t bring the extra included food item I chose, which was no big deal but is the only “negative” I can come up with.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind, they had a wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed how it was both centrally located but also off the beaten tourist path for when we wanted to stop back in during the day. The rooms were very nice as well!

A recent renovation makes this place a modern gem in a historical shell. That includes the spa, highly recommended! The staff is outstanding, from front desk to the very friendly parking valet. Nothing.

Very elegant, but modern. Orvieto is a lovely town, everything was walkable. Breakfast in hotel was very nice and convenient.
