This is my go to hotel in Osaka. Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, one stop from Umeda station, many restaurants nearby.

Location was the best, safe and close to everything. I had the best experience walking directly to the famous Tenjimbashi-suji Shopping Street. The room was too small for 2 people. We had a hard time fixing/repacking our stuff and luggages.

There's not much that I didn't like. One suggestion is to train the staff more practical skills to help international travellors. For example, how to connect IC card to apple wallet for convenience, etc., and where one can find an ATM that allow cash withdrawal with an international card.

It was SO close to the station, which was great helpful! After the long hours of travel, I felt very tired. That's why, the location is a important factor to pick a hotel. Except a bed there, the room was quite compact, which helped people to reach everything without walking. People don't have to bring many things to stay overnight. There were a tooth brush, shampoo & conditioner, and even a razor.

APA hotels never fail. This location was exceptional. The cleanliness, customer service, amenities, breakfast including the room was amazing. We had an amazing experience as this was our first time in Osaka. Thank you for everything!! Nothing

Clean, comfortable and a little more spacious than the usual hotel in Japan. Located extremely near subway stations and other markets, also close to all the tourist spots in Osaka. You can’t really control the room temperature, so while it’s not too uncomfortable, if you do feel hot then you’ll have to deal with it on your own.

The location was convenient since it's next to a station and easy to get to where you want to go. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent for the value.

The bed were comfortable and the location was pretty convenient. Also it is right beside a local market street which you can enjoy nice local foods and other activities.

Clean neat room, 3-4 min away from Metro, 10min from Dotonbori. Bkfast buffet had a lot of items to choose from. Nearby shopping arcade had huge shopping/food choices. Staff was very polite. Room was very small, no room to unpack suitcase. Breakfast buffet needed a few more standard/Western food items since my stomach struggles with much of the Japanese cuisine. The Hotel restaurant was closed most evenings I was there, not sure when it’s open for dining other than breakfast .
