Breakfast served hot with wide variety of dishes cereals, breads and fresh juices to hearty foods such as steak, fish and soups and salads. Easily makes it a brunch type meal. Staff were excellent and service kept everything stocked well and clean. One day the breakfast was overrun by visitors and we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. They provided a nice wait area. Also the hotel advised guests about busy times in advance by signs near elevator, so not a big issue.

Excellent location, nice and helpful staff. We were on a premier floor and our room was a good size as well as the bathroom. They provide plenty of amenities. One downside is that there’s no drawers or room to put your clothes, but that didn’t affect our stay. The lounge was ok, not too much variety, but nice if you want to get a drink before going out to dinner or just relax a bit. The hotel is right by the one of the train lines, very easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was perfect because it was right by the train station and the bakery was amazing!!

I loved the location. Connected to Minamimorimachi station and close to Osaka Castle with great restaurants nearby. We stayed on one of the upper floors with access to the lounge which was a huge, unexpected plus. It was so nice to fly in, check in, and moments later be enjoying cava and sake and and very good snacks in the comfortable lounge. I also loved the selection of complimentary high quality toiletries. Rooms are tight by American standards and it can be a bit challenging to find places to stash your stuff.

The hotel was very pretty We did not get breakfast with our room nor did we have access to the cocktail hour. My son and I found the bar but we were turned away because our room was not on a high enough floor. They would not even let us pay for drinks. We felt slighted and treated as part of a perceived lower class. Many hotels have a “happy hour” for all guests, not only for those in luxury suites. According to what we signed up for on the book g.com website, we were also expecting to have a small kitchenette but none was provided. We specified three adults would be using the room but the space was not big enough for three people.

Location Nothing
-
The hotel is near the station and convenient store. our room is just in the other side at 8th floor no nice view to see.
-
My only issues was the the rooms are quite small but it's not you spend a lot of time in there

Location The beds. They were to firm.

One of the most convenient and excellent hotels I've stayed in Japan during our trip- the staff were welcoming and spoke English well, the rooms were nice and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a big and diverse selection of dishes and everythings I've tried was delicious. Another big plus is the location and how easy to get to it from any bus or metro (they have a signage in the metro directing you to it!) Nothing.

Clean Room a little small

We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Extra amenities near front desk a plus. Proximity to the train station was excellent.

The location was really nice. The metro station was literally below the hotel. Tenjinbashisuji shopping street was only one block away and there were convenience stores and a small supermarket very close by. The area was a bit quieter than places like Namba but still had good access to everything. The room was an okay size. Everything was clean and housekeeping worked well. There were also different signs you could put on the door depending on whether you wanted full cleaning, eco cleaning or do not disturb. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The hotel had useful facilities like coin laundry machines, microwaves, an ice machine and a vending machine on the third floor. You could also check the laundry machine status through a website while connected to the hotel Wi-Fi. Breakfast was fine and there was enough choice for me. The coin laundry machines were quite busy. The hotel is close to Iseikai International General Hospital so there were quite a lot of emergency vehicles nearby. The sirens could be heard at night. It might be a problem for light sleepers.
