Nice clean hotel with good location close to metro station. it was a walkable neighborhood, but far from the city center. They do offer the luggage forwarding service if you are going to another city, it works well, just need to book it with 24h anticipation.

Clean and inside the lobby smells so good Nothing

One of the best hotels of our stay in Japan partly because the staff were so incredibly helpful at every opportunity, especially helping us with some complex baggage movements. The hotel is clean and well equipped and excellent value. Nothing, this place was great

Bathroom sink is positioned too low

Its about a 5-8min walk to the Osaka metro and 1/2 min walk to the nankai line. It has a 7-11 half a block away. Staff was nice and cleaning was up to notch.

Excellent service, would come back 100%!

Quiet residential area ; train station right outside the hotel lobby and a metro station about 5-10 minutes walk away. Great value for a 1 or 2 nights stay , staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming . But it was free , so that’s ok.

The remaining 4 days of my stay, not the first day. I will detail in the next section. As for the liking... definitely the staff makes it great. Everyone (starting day 2) was super friendly and helpful. I needed to print out over 160 pages of loan documents and they were able to do so without me having to look for a print shop... they did charge me (they wouldn't charge if it was a few pages or so). I understand, as it does take toner, etc. though 1630 yen did seem a bit high... (over $10), it was something I needed, they did it (and kept the papers in order). The next day they were able to scan all the pages and email them back to me. They assisted me with directions and the laundry, which was okay, I guess. The location is pretty decent and not too far from the train station, even hauling luggage. The WIFI was decent. The rooms, for Japan, were small, but not tiny like some other hotels I stayed at. This had a (comfortable) queen bed and room to walk and space to put luggage, unlike other hotels where you can barely walk sideways to get to a single bed and a tiny bathroom. The first night. The room had a defective AC/heater. Even when I set it to 18C, it would work for a couple of minutes blowing normal air and then go to 30C (about 90F). I would wake up sweating, turn it off, and be cold an hour or so later. Could barely sleep and didn't want to get dressed and go complain at 3am, so I had a crappy night. When I explained this to the staff the next day, and said it was too hot, she said "just turn it off". I then explained about hot/cold/hot/cold and was rather pissed at that answer. They sent maintenance, that doesn't speak English, and she was showing me buttons to push (Red for hot, Blue for cold, and showing me up and down arrows like I was a 4 year old like I didn't know that for that past 50+ years) and I kept trying to explain, to no avail, that I understand how to use common controls, but the unit is defective. She let it blow normal air as if she "proved" it was fine, and left. 5 minutes or so later, it was going towards 90F (30C) and I tried to find her but she disappeared. It took me 15 more minutes to get someone to call her back and then she could see that the room was an inferno... so FINALLY they understood and I had to pack up all my stuff and switch rooms, which I really didn't want to do because 711 was an easy room number to remember. The breakfast wasn't worth it, limited food variety, regardless of the price. The washer/dryer combo machines were somewhat convenient, but it didn't dry the first time, so I had to run it through the dry cycle twice more and split the load into 2 machines as well.. and I was worried that I wouldn't have time to do what I needed to do and make it to the airport on time.

The room size is reasonable, with ample space in the living area, restroom, and shower room. Everything is clean, and the housekeeping team is very thoughtful. Even when I placed the ‘No Cleaning Needed’ card on the door, they still left fresh towels and a trash bag for replacement every day. The hotel also has a laundry area with both washing and drying machines, which is very convenient for long-stay travelers. The distance from the Osaka Metro is acceptable for me, but those who don’t enjoy walking may find it a bit far. The lobby staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome.

That it’s in. Residential aérea and you can experience the daily life of the people from there Nothing bad

The buffet was just beyond I ever encountered on negative side

The room was quite spacious for two people with two suitcases. Its very close to the station and there is a 7/11 nearby. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, quite and peaceful. Very recommended

Its ok for the value. Has a convenience store steps away and a train station also steps away. Even tho the neighborhood was a bit weird, not much to do around - i was traveling solo so i didn’t feel safe going out at night. Anyways it was a good stay. Thanks to the guy in the reception that helped me figure out the route from the hotel tk the airport - he even have me the exact time of the trains etc. The neighborhood is weird - not good restaurants around - and main tourist spots are far.

The location is perfect for feeling in a local residential area but very well controlled all tourist spots
