Spacious lounge. I couldn't eat my snacks as it was not allowed.

It was a great experience to stay in the first capsule hotel ever built. Perfect location. And the spa was amazing after a long day! You can hear the alarms of other people but it is as it is, not such a big deal.

The location is excellent. It’s modern and very clean. It’s the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The spa was amazing; 3 levels, including multiple saunas, baths, and even a swimming pool. The facilities overall were very clean and convenient. The check in/out system for multiple days is a bit clunky. I understand why they have people do it, but offering a luggage storage service would be extremely helpful.

1. The place almost had everything I needed. 2. Landry and dryer. 3. Indoor and outdoor onsen. 4. Closet. 5. Vending machines. 6. Options for standard or luxury capsules. 7. Close to every activity in Umeda. 1. You have to fill a paper form every single day. 2. There's no iron, so you will have to wear wrinkly clothes to go out.

Everything else is excellent except for one. The futon has a lot of cotton fibers that come out. I developed an allergy because of it, which is one of the reasons I dislike it. Inhaling the escaping cotton can be dangerous.

The mattresses in the capsules were extremely thin, so the sleeping experience wasn't the most comfortable.

They recently renovated the hotel I need came out great everything looks so modern up in the capsules. Service is good great totally recommended. Probably the fact that you have to step outside the hotel every single day and check back in

It was an unique accommodation – a "capsule hotel," which happens to be the very first of its kind in the world. This was my first stay in such a place, and I must say, it was quite an experience! The concept of the hotel is an interesting one. While the sleeping spaces are compact and minimalistic, the hotel offers an array of other amenities designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. There is an onsen-type bath, a massage area, a sauna, and a steam room, all available for guests to enjoy. It's a wonderful balance between a small, efficient sleeping area and luxurious shared facilities. I could see this being an ideal spot for anyone looking for a quick stay in a small room while still being able to unwind and relax in the shared public amenities. Not I can think of.

Three floors of spa facilities, including a swimming pool and many various types of saunas and jacuzzis. Many differents areas to either relax, study or eat. The capsules are new and almost always quiet. No problem sleeping.

Cleaned Nothing

Luggage storage ok but not very secure
-
Not many amenities for capsule hotel. Like there's no water dispenser. Nor there was any snacks

Exceeded expectations! I wished I found this place earlier! There public baths were great, there was a hot sauna and cold plunges (including a barrel ☺️) and also a waterfall like bath. capsule hotels was a good experience! Located close to umeda station! I had a rare three luggage situation but the staff was very nice and helped provided me with enough lockers to store the bags ?! Nothing

The onzen I couldn’t keep my luggage there for a couple of hours after check out

The baths and saunas are among the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The restaurant is also great, with attentive staff, a relaxing atmosphere, and good drink sets. It has been recently renovated, so while some improvements have been made to its decor (such as the beautiful new pine interior of the lobby), it has also lost a little bit of the charm that I remember from my previous visits (It no longer has a history of the hotel in pictures on the wall, or the moose head taxidermy mount, for example).

The front part was really modern but when you go to the capsules I could still see remnants of showa era. It was really unusual but cool to see some past architecture. The daiokujo was nice too. A little confusing cause I wasn’t sure what the second level was and if it was a clothed area or not. But I still enjoyed most of my stay! The WiFi. I was confused when I was trying to login around 9pm but my phone wouldn’t connect. I thought it was broken but when I woke up early the WiFi was working. I think it was due to many people using the WiFi at once. But this should be addressed quickly. I know it’s an open sleeping area but one thing that was annoying was people’s alarms going off. Some wouldn’t turn off due to the owner going to bathe. It didn’t bother me but I could see how it could bother others. This place is in the middle of the red light district it seems.

WiFi doesn’t work, staff didn’t care, initially given a broke capsule with flickering light, had to wait while they tried to fix it by replacing the bulb, which didn’t work but they acted like it had and I had to again push to get moved. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

The public bath is spacious with many options to try. The location is perfect and nearly in the city center. There is plenty of free space to hang out. The place is already run down, pretty smelly, and stuffy, but it’s okay for the price. The place easily gets messy because of the guests.
