The location was convenient as it is next to shopping and dining streets. It was only a short distance from train stations and most of the way was covered walk way via basement 1 shopping street. Daily leaving towels to be changed outside the door does not look good. Maybe they can provide a bag to put the towels like some other hotels I have stayed in.

It smells a bit funky and the price is a bit high compared to other similar buisness hotels .

The location was good for me and easy to access. I liked the room. I also liked the staff interaction, it was polite. I liked the facilities in general. I will like to stay here again on my next trip. The bathtub was not very clean. I could see a bit of mold in the bath tub, this discouraged me from having a soaked bath. The bathroom equipment looked old.

Easy checkon and easy departure Beverage in the room. Clear understanding that my room not only had no view, but also had a Roger Rabbit-type open shaft from my 11th-floor room to the ground; felt claustruphobic. Buffet breakfast was not so tasty, limited in choices.

Clean and close to train stations. Easy taxi pick up. Great location. Great bfast buffet. Room was a little small. Not enough space to really maneuver for larger guests. No true lounge area with tables n chairs.

Nothing to like about this property, the food is not made with care and just thrown together to feed people. The management of this facility should be ashamed to of the lack of respect for travelers. The floors in the rooms are disgustingly filthy, the reception lobby reeks of mildew and cigarette smoke, the front reception employees are rude and disrespectful

The staff was very helpful, though. We appreciated their attentiveness to our needs. It seems to be more of management/owner issue.

Single person room was tiny and not well designed. Furniture made the room cluttered with no room for a suitcase. Although small, some better designed furniture would have made the room more usable. Tiny window which looked directly into an office building, therefore had to keep curtain shut whole time for basic privacy.

bathtub is bigger than other hotels and nice. It has very nice shower. breakfast was very delicious and staffs were very nice. there are so many restaurant very near by. It has 3 elevators you do not wait long time to ride in. They should have more non smoking rooms. One of front staffs had unpleased manner.

The bathtub overflow seemed to do the opposite as the plumbing under the sink flooded when the tub got near full.
