Enzo Shin-Osaka C

The place was honestly located in an good but awkward area--in the sense that it was neither "close" to the main stations (about 10 min walk to a Midosuji line station, 15 mins to Shin-osaka station, probably 10 mins to a Hankyu line stn.) but still good enough as you have cheaper, accessible options on whichever station u need to go. Its near to multiple convenience stores, around an 8-10 min walk to a Mcdonalds, Nakau (japanese fast food), a 24 hrs grocery store, and multiple local restaurants and bento box stores. The place is well equipped (laundry machine, comforter, towels, hair blower). Though, the only equipment in the kitchen is a water heater, and couple of plastic cups and bowl. Second time staying at this property-- it was that of a good price and value. But i have to put a few scores down as both times i stayed, i noticed that the cleaning was subpar: the beds had an unidentifiable itch and were a bit creaky, the toilet closet was stinky, and the elevators had a foul smell.

The restaurants around it. The soap was literally water. No spoons or forks or knife. Very dirty floor, had a washer but not drier and no where to put the clothes to dry outside. Very poor communication with the customer. No microwave or anything to heat up the food. Really bad Airbnb place honestly.

Nothing good about this place, an overpriced and dirty Airbnb. The host is greedy and don't care about guests. BED BUGS!! Stay away this property has bed bugs, which you can see in other reviews as well. We unfortunately missed this and discovered the hard way. We promptly contacted the property and they accused us of lying and refused any refund

Please add a pair of slippers especially in winter when the floor is freezing.

Only for short stays. Can't cook in accommodation. Have to walk a bit for any stations. Beds are a bit small.

It was simple and clean Only concern is the wait time for check in, but the rest was great

Had everything I needed and was at a good price. A bit far of a walk from any stations and further from Namba then I thought.

The location is great ! Take just 10 mins approx to reach the station and go everywhere even to Kyoto or Kobe. The space is big to compare with the price and other stays. The room provides a washing machine and I like it a lot. The bed is kinda loose and causes some noises. Recommend changing the bed frame.

the towels were in bad condition (smell)

The location was decent, close to the railway station. We discovered bed bugs immediately after checking in. This is enough to warrant the lowest rating. We had to look for another accommodation at 1 AM, which cost us twice as much as we planned. The staff eventually offered a refund, but no compensation.

Easy access to train station, lots of restaurants nearby, clean comfortable room, excellent value. Beds a bit hard and noisy, 1 bath towel for 3 nights, no dishes, utensils or glasses, could use a microwave. Also 5 o’clock check in is late.

Great location. Easy to travel to. Clean. Had access to a small kitchen, the beds, a toilet with a bidet and a wash room. The room had a washing machine and air-conditioning It was good for the price. Beds were a little bit squeaky/noisy.

This apartment was a fantastic choice for our trip. The unit itself was a great size, and the bathrooms were particularly spacious, which was a nice bonus. The location felt very safe, and we loved the convenience of having both a Lawson and a Family Mart just a few steps away. It was an easy 14-minute walk to both the local train station and the major Shin-Osaka station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again. Cook is not allowed and receiving the info to check in a few minutes before the time to check in. Also, beds are not that comfortable.

The location was great, walking distance to Shin Osaka station, in a residential neighborhood. The room had two separate beds (perfect for my brother and I), a (very cold) fridge and a small kitchenette to make a coffee in the morning. We also found a very nice café nearby with an excellent breakfast. The studio apartment also had a bathroom, a shower and a washing machine. An elevator led to the apartment. Obtaining the various access codes turned out to be more complicated than necessary and they were only sent to us at the last minute. In fact, we waited a while in an internet café at Shin Osaka Station for the email, wasting time. Apparently, the host is a little afraid that guests will have access for longer than they pay for or overlap with other guests. Giving different codes to different customers could avoid this inconvenience. However, when we arrived at the apartment, everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Fortunately, we did not need to use the washing machine. There were no instructions and everything we found online was in Japanese and quite confusing. Instructions in English for international guests would certainly be beneficial and could be expected, especially when appearing on international booking forums such as ‘booking.com’.

Close to Shin-Osaka. Easy to get to Universal studios and other parts of the city. Spacious enough for 3 people Only 1 towel/person. No small towel. Beds were awful - creaking from every move. Additionally, pillows were so flat and small that it’s easier to sleep without it. However, the price was really low
