Breakfast was good as long as you like Japanese food. Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite and professional, and the location is close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The room we booked was a smoking room, but it was an oversight on my part.

Walkable distance to Shin Osaka station Exit 7… All was good, reasonably priced during the peak season as well.

The team was friendly and they let us to leave our luggage after check out if needed. It is just a short walk to the station, which means even if you have a backpack it is easy to Walk to get the train or bus. From the station is one direct train or limousine bus to the Osaka airport. The room was clean, I mistakenly booked a smoking room (I don’t smoke), but they cleaned and deodorised the room, so there was zero smell. If you are a light sleeper, the place is exactly in front of the train line and you can hear the trains, this didn’t bother me at all. Pillow was very very hard, super uncomfortable. The breakfast was only Japanese style, there was not even butter for the bread. No eggs, no fruits or yogurt, just noodles, fish salad and soups.

Great Location in terms of connectivity. Not much to do around though. Smooth Check-in and checkout. Provided with basic amenities. Affordable. The rooms were small. Staff didn't agree to accommodate our vegan diet for our included breakfast. The building seems old. The Bath Faucet didnt work as intended it was either extremely hot or Cold water. Not a good bathing experience. Wifi was bad.

Except location nothing was good. It was worse experience with toyoko inn. I checked in on Dec. 29 and they scheduled cleaning on Jan 1, that was very annoying also, they were not providing a simple bed making for next day. Breakfast was very poor. Timing was 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM but if you go for breakfast around 8 AM you can't find most items (like juice, salad and even though breads) and everyday they gave same excuse that items finished today. The most worse thing was that the kitchen staff look at queue to finish with a few items remaining then they start refilling of items because they know it's rare for guests to take items again. I booked room for family and in description it was a double bed for two adults and one kid but in actual it was very small room with a semi-double bed (simply single occupancy or couple). Staff said this is the biggest room and biggest bed we have. Room was like

I am traveling with my family. This hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the food is simple but delicious and the hotel staff is smiling and friendly. Near with shin osaka station, walk about 10 minute. Nothing

I don't understand what's with not even MAKING THE BED or EMPTYING THE TRASH BIN... That's the bare minimum for any hotel... I understand not changing the whole bedclothes every day, but not even going in the room to tidy it up is a little weird.

Good value for money. Great location and spacious room. Wanted to check in manually but directed to the check in machine which as usual in Japan was cumbersome, time consuming and I had to start over several times because of errors. Breakfast is very basic, ending at 9 with no replenishments the last 15 minutes (which was clearly written). Still I had to complain to get a glass of juice which had run out 20 minutes before 9, being initially told it would not be refilled.
