Location. The room was too dark. We could not get the room to cool down. Would have been nice to have coffee in our room.

Right next to the Ōsaka Main train station. Less than five minute walk. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Five Stars *****. A little pricey but I get it.

i had a large spacious room which included a lounge to relax on. the faciities were great. When i didso nt have my room cleaned they left a bag with towels etc on my door which was a nice touch. to get up to reception there is no lift, stairs only. there is a downstairs escalator. may be different if you are driving in but I came by train

The location and breakfast The staff were not overly friendly, very little English. There is a nice lounge on main floor but you could neither eat nor drink in it! There was a Nespresso machine, but you not only had to buy the coffee pod, you also had to buy water. The room was nothing like the picture, our view was the building next door, about 4 feet away.

Breakfast was ok; was part of the reservation. Knowing what I know now about the breakfast, if I was only given the option to pay or not receive, I would have selected the 'not receive' option. There is a 7-Eleven steps away from this hotel; this would more than suffice my breakfast needs. Breakfast. The food was ok, but I would not pay for this.

Great location near Shin Osaka station and metro It’s a minor issue, but the escalators up and down to lobby are on two different entrances. It is odd and confusing when coming and going from hotel.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety that I enjoyed. Staff very friendly & courteous, they went over & beyond. Solid 5 STAR in my opinion! Location close enough to the train station with little congestion. Planning another trip next April & have already booked reservations with New Osaka Hotel. Met all my expectations! Small toilet seats is the only thing that was alittle uncomfortable.

Immediately at train station so convenient if you need a travel stop. Beds were super hard and bad quality. Bathroom super small. Over priced.

I would stay again It was a little bit confusing to find the right entrance The pillows are sooo thin and you only get one. When to the reception for an extra one. When I checked in I requested late check out and paid for it. I think it was not well communicated at the front and they called me and insisted I had not paid until they checked. I prepaid so that I wouldnt be bothered

I had just arrived in Japan and I went to the wrong location. The staff were very helpful explaining how to use the metro and they phoned the correct location to ensure that they were expecting me. Good breakfast. There are two New Osaka hotels in different locations. That is very confusing. It was midnight when I arrived at the proper location, the door was locked, there was no button to call someone’s attention and there was no human in sight. I pounded on the door and after a long pause there was a buzz which I correctly presumed indicated that the door had been unlocked. It left me feeling very anxious.

Mattresses were comfortable . Spacious room. Very close to shin osaka and easy to get to once you know how. Could not hear trains or traffic. Breakfast was ok with a lot of variety. Pillows a but hard. Some of the breakfast food was Luke warm They weren't able to forward my luggage.

Location was perfect. It was right next to the shin- Osaka station which made riding the Shinkansen very convenient. The beds were a little to firm

Room was much better than anticipated. They upgraded our 4 rooms for free. The ability to leave bags at the hotel before check in and after checking out was wonderful. It is really handy to shin Osaka Station. Great value for the price. Everything was great.
