Overwhelming smell of urine I'm the bathroom. Eventually the smell almost cleared up but yeah disgusting in the beginning. Staff were not too flexible about late and early check-in.

A little expensive than I expected

Great location walking distance to Shin-Osaka station if you want the Shinkansen. I walked it in 8 minutes. Lawson store right beside hotel. Free amenities, coffee, tea, facial cleanser. Bath robe and slippers in room. Older building but extremely clean and good value.

Breakfast is wonderful (I was genuinely surprised) with some dishes rotating out every morning to keep it interesting. Room views are surprisingly nice. Desk and chair in the room are good enough for light laptop work/coding. Location is very close to Shin-Osaka Station making it a great base for exploring nearby cities. There is a Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor, which is very useful. Coin-laundry washes and dries in one go for 500 yen and does a great job if you follow the recommendations and fill it halfway. The pillow is a little bit firm. It has two sides, one that has beads and the other that has feathers, but in practice, the feather side isn't really soft. Highly recommend asking for a 2nd pillow.

Definitely like location, next to Metro station, decent size rooms, clean rooms, we had a great city view Food for breakfast is definitely not the best, limited choices, not tasting good, also only 4 washers for the whole 22 story hotel, I had difficulty to get available washer and dryer

Location next to Shin-Osaka station View from window. Low English proficiency of the staff The lobby is very small - no place to sit down and relax The breakfast finishes early and they clean everything very fast. If You are late You will not eat.

Great location just a short walk from the Shin-Osaka station, with plenty of shops and services nearby. The room, though compact, is well designed and very clean, with a comfortable bed, electric kettle, and mini fridge. Great shower pressure. The staff were friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this place.

Good location near train station. Was probably once a 5-star hotel, but no longer. Very tired bathrooms and furnishings. I sat on my bed and was 'poked' by a spring. The mattress must have been 30 years old - springs with an old blue and white striped material cover, and a badly stained base. When staff were advised, nothing was done about it.
